KKEE HEOK SENGHotel at good location, walking distance to major attractions with many eateries around. We are upgraded to the junior suite, the room is big and the bed is comfortable. The staff are helpful, will recommend this hotel to those visiting Dresden. Walking to Dresden HBF is about 20 mins which is not very far.

LLINIt is worthy of the Relais & Châteaux series hotel, the service is very friendly, much better than the Kempinski I have stayed in before. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is a bit simpler.

YYEHONG-yehongThe hotel is in a very good location, next to the Grand Palace. You can even see the hotel inside the Grand Palace. You can reach all the attractions on foot. This trip lasted 22 days in 9 cities, and the one I was most looking forward to was Dresden. The most beautiful Baroque buildings in the world are all here. It was a city in the former East Germany. Because I arrived after dark, I felt like I was in the 1980s in China before arriving in the city. I was still amazed when I left the hotel after dawn. The buildings are very magnificent, and they are quite different from the traditional Gothic style.
The hotel room is very crowded, and you can only open one box when there is a sofa bed. The place is so small that you can't even step down. The hotel shares an elevator with other hotels, and the front desk is on the sixth floor. The room is very far from the elevator, and you have to walk through the corridor and many doors to get to the room. There is no problem with the facilities itself, and the staff are also very good. I may stay here next time, but I will definitely make a note to ask for a room close to the elevator.

TTorbsIn general, I see a discrepancy between demand/price and reality. The hotel was nicely renovated, but rooms are very small. The interior is very quiet, but there is something missing at ambience (background music? ...). Service not at 5 stars level (bsp was not offered us at any time help with our baggage, even not, When a staff member accidentally went to the same chair). Location is top. But price is too high.

EEskeifWe were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.

XXiaolongThere are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Parking is charged. Don't be together like a stranger
