Great installation in super location 🌴 Very quiet, really beautiful Infinity Pool and extremely friendly staff 👍. Breakfast also top – does not open wishes 🍳☕ We were originally only one night there. Unfortunately, the first room was somewhat in a passage snee and was a little louder. Because Alcudia and the hotel have been so good, we have spontaneously extended for two nights – and get a quiet room 👍 After that everything was perfect! Total absolutely recommendable – We're happy to come back 😄🍷

The hotel met our expectations. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very rich and tasty, the service was great. The hotel deserves the highest rating. Only two things could be improved: the light in the corridor is so strong at night that it shines through the cracks between the doors into the room and it is too bright. The room was also too warm, even with the air conditioning on. It was difficult to fall asleep because of this.

The hotel is modern and inspiring, the facilities and the food of the best. The room is a real oasis.

A good hotel in Alcudia, comfortable step-by-step access to the beach, while in a quiet place, the carriageway is not heard at all. Very generous and diverse breakfasts. But the rooms are not very large, the neighbors are heard. In general everything is very decent. When the settlement is served with champagne, beach towels can be rented on bail of 10€ per person

The overall environment of the hotel is good, but the room has a damp smell and insufficient ventilation. The buffet breakfast is very rich and very satisfying! In addition, children need to pay separately for staying, which I have never encountered before.

Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.
