We had a two night stay and it was one of the best equipped and comfortable apartments we have stayed at . Prime location as it is so close to the airport bus station and old town. Very bright and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that disappointed us was the smell of the toilet as we could smell the bad smells from pipes from time to time, otherwise it was great probably the best European hotel i have been to ever.

Guest UserThere's an underground parking garage, so parking is very convenient! The rooftop pool is quite relaxing too! Although it's by the port, you still need to drive or take a taxi to get to the beach and the castle. Our family of four stayed in a suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms! It was incredibly spacious! All the amenities were complete, and there were even welcome chocolates! The beds were large and comfortable! The breakfast was comprehensive, and the ham was super fresh and delicious.

Great location and nice hotel. Problem is there is not enough soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear other people walking by the room when there's someone outside. Personnel is kind and breakfast is correct. Overall good.

Chain hotels have their service standards. Nothing to complain about the room cleanliness and services.
Location is indeed good. Literally a stone throw to the pier and airport bus station. BUT the room windows are not sound-proof so dont expect no noise before 1am each night.

Excellently located along the promenade with many dining options nearby. The view from the balcony was also stunning - great for catching the sunrise/sunset. Room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, though the TV wasn't a smart one. Breakfast was delicious, although the selection was quite limited. Staff were warm but a bit reserved. Overall, a great stay.

Workers at reception were very kind and treated us greatly. Breakfast was delicious and had many alternatives to choose from. In terms of location, about a 30 minute walk from town centre, but very useful if coming from the airport as it's only 15/20 minutes away by car (taxis are relatively cheap from this location to the airport). Nice terrace and jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend and would return if I were to visit Alicante again.

If you don't pursue living by the sea, but care more about living comfort, quality and cost-effectiveness, especially for self-driving families with children, I highly recommend staying here. Although it is a few kilometers away from the city center, you can get a quieter environment and a larger room, free parking, a nice swimming pool and breakfast, and the guy at the front desk who speaks seven languages is also very enthusiastic, recommended!

EVA OLIVIAThe room is good and there is a balcony with a nice view. It’s a lot to eat when you go out nearby, but be careful with the bunch of restaurants that lie to tourists. There is a small supermarket in the next street. It is a daily necessities for Chinese people to buy. The service is very slow and slow, although it seems to be an effort (?) but it really needs to be improved. And the elevator is the most troublesome thing I remember. I have to wait a long time. Once I waited, I would like to climb the stairs to climb a dozen layers.....
