GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! The room had three large floor-to-ceiling windows, absolutely beautiful. The hotel's location is also superb; there's a Carrefour convenience store just 50 meters away, the bustling harbor is 200 meters away, and Balala Castle is also 200 meters away. There are many small restaurants and cafes on the street behind the hotel. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I'm in Alacant.

MMiukacheLocated in a quiet neighbourhood the hotel is just a 15 min walk into the hustle and bustle of the city and the beach. Excellent bath tub, Korres toiletries, comfy bed, great variety of food for breakfast and super attentive staff. Lovely jacuzzi, sauna and a rooftop swimming pool.

GGuest UserEverything was overall nice, though a bit pricey, perhaps because of the holidays. The reception works 24/7, which is very convenient. The location is great, just a short walk from the central beach. For about $11.50 you can get a buffet breakfast, which is really good value. The room itself was rather small for the price, but generally fine. Most of the food is served in the restaurant around the corner, which has a lovely view of the church. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

CcheungwanIt is located next to the Santa Barbara Castle and can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot.
There is a bus stop to the airport nearby, just a 3-minute walk away.
It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the city center, and you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the beach along the way.
The staff are polite and the breakfast is very rich.
The soundproofing of the room needs to be improved.

OomarezzetIf you have a standard room be aware that this overlooks a very steep rocky mountain! So that all you see through the window - Of like me you are a hot claustrophobic you might struggle with this bit you can upgrade to a superior room with a sea view which costs around 30 Euros more but of
you book directly you maybe able to get a better deal. The staff were excellent friendly respectful and always helpful (like most Spanish people we met during our 10 day stay) - The rooms were clean and the breakfast very generous and varied. The beach is next door (10 min walk) and there's a swimming pool in the hotel - excellent access
to bus and tram within walking distance - It took me a couple days to get used to the (standard) room but all in all it was a good experience!

GGuest UserOur room had bed bugs, room Service skipped our room 2 times. When they actually do room service. There was black hair everywhere.
Other rooms had a phone we did not.
I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel âfeelsâ great and has a great location!

The only thing that bothered me is that the room was really small, like a closet, all the space was in the bathroom. It was big yes but it would have been preferable to have more space in the bedroom.
Otherwise everything was great.
