⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Perfect Stay with Excellent Service City Lion by Semavi is an excellent place to stay in Heraklion! The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisted with everything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within a 2–3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience — great service, amazing location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion!

The room is simple and clean with complete facilities. The service is good. You can check in early if the cleaning is done. Check-out is also negotiable. Self-service luggage storage. The location is good, next to the bus station, port, long-distance bus station. If you drive, next to the gas station, there is a parking space at the door. Very convenient.

It’s really nice location. You literally in the center. Apartment looks nice but the rugs need a dry cleaning and there’re dark hair on the floor absolutely everywhere.

Stayed for a day, and stayed late and left early, and didn't feel good. But the service, environment and hygiene are still good. If you have the opportunity, you will consider staying next time.

Capsis Astoria is a great hotel centrally located in Heraklion. The rooms are comfortable and we liked our balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing with a full service bar and plenty of different types of seating and views of the city and sea in the distance. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the hop on hop off bus, airport bus, museum and many restaurants and bars down the alleys.

We recently stayed at the Metropole and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here.

The location was excellent and the apartment was really pretty! I felt like a few things were missing - there was only 1 tablet for laundry and there weren’t any cocking amenities like oil and such.

Super! Very nice hotel! Recommended. Breakfast is brought every day, and towels are replaced with new ones. The room is large and you can get enough personal space. You can cook because you have a kitchen.
