YYeungVery good service, the food at the restaurant is specially good including the buffet and a la carte. The only problem is the housekeeping, which they moved my luggage to a place which is impossible to open it and I need to move my luggage back to the original place, placing the floor towel on my bed, and the worst is they moved my important document from the table top into a drawer which luckily I discovered before I leave the hotel. Other than the housekeeping, I am happy with my stay.

GGuest UserWe had a garden bungalow and the view was nice. Dinner was a set menu and the soups were always delicious and an interesting flavour. The place makes you slow down and relax as you enjoy the views and you can walk out of the hotel straight into a tea plantation. Staff members were helpful and friendly

House keeping was done by Dhanalakshmi & Ramesh..
Gym, Kids Play Area and Landscaping were good.

I have been visiting Munnar since 2011 and have had the opportunity to stay at various properties over the years. Having personally worked in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate the effort and dedication that goes into delivering a great guest experience. I would like to share my feedback on our recent stay at The Queen Munnar, which was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by your team.
I would like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Manoj at the reception, Mr. Abhimanyu in the restaurant, the staff member who assisted with our vehicle (whose name I, unfortunately, do not recall), and the lady who warmly welcomed us—each of them played a key role in enhancing our experience.
This trip was particularly special as it was the first journey my wife and child were taking after my wife’s delivery. I was looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Munnar, where we could enjoy quality time together, and your property provided exactly that.
We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious and well-equipped. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the lighting in the bathroom for added convenience.
The property itself is beautifully designed across two levels, featuring a small gym, a game area, and a stunning rooftop pool. The viewpoint at the top was a highlight, offering a breathtaking experience, especially with the cool night breeze and serene sunrise.
Overall, my wife and I found our stay to be comfortable and peaceful, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a quiet, scenic retreat away from busy roads. The rooms were budget-friendly, and the buffet food was of good quality. Additionally, the availability of private spaces for candlelight dinners and small events adds to the charm of the property.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay! Breakfast buffet has a good spread. We loved the spiced tea served as welcome trip, we enjoyed the pool and did some tea shopping as well. We would highly recommend it for kids!

GGuest UserThe location is just picture perfect . Rooms are good and spacious . The hiking trail which is a private one for the resort takes you to the best views of Munnar . Don’t miss it . Only improvement is hot water supply which does comes with lot of pressure . Also my room did not had AC or fan , while it was not needed , better to ask before you book . I will highly recommend this property

GGuest UserLocation is somewhat easily accessible, even though the final few km its narrow road. The ambience is great. We booked the estate pool villa, which was well maintained. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were buffet mode, the food was delicious. There is a recreation area and a watch tower, which gives a nice view of the beautiful surroundings. Overall a relaxed stay in the midst of calm nature
