Idukki Hotels with Balcony

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the property. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Himanshu and Priya from the front desk, who were extremely courteous, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable. Their friendly attitude and willingness to assist really stood out. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall ambience of the property was pleasant, and the room provided a comfortable space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, although the taste was average and could be improved. However, the service during breakfast was very good, with the staff being attentive and responsive. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, particularly because of the excellent hospitality, spacious and clean rooms, and beautiful views. The welcoming nature of the staff, especially Himanshu and Priya, made a positive impression. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend the property to others looking for a comfortable stay with good hospitality.

The rooms are very clean and cozy. The balcony view was amazing. The service is extremely good and satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is also very nice, the kandhari chicken and kaju masala combination was very tasty.

Very good service, the food at the restaurant is specially good including the buffet and a la carte. The only problem is the housekeeping, which they moved my luggage to a place which is impossible to open it and I need to move my luggage back to the original place, placing the floor towel on my bed, and the worst is they moved my important document from the table top into a drawer which luckily I discovered before I leave the hotel. Other than the housekeeping, I am happy with my stay.

Politely, I will just say this hotel is not a 5 Star hotel...maybe not even 4 Star. There are multiple reasons but I will say that one of the biggest reasons is mainly because of the front desk. They lack the understanding of genuine hospitality and a true 5 Star experience which goes above and beyond. To Mr. R.S. Gupta…it is time to make some serious changes at this location. 🙏🏽

It’s a great property being so huge surrounded in a dense forest area, the rooms, service everything is amazing and the best part is even the food served. Being such a big resort, the service is top notch as whatever you ask for is serviced at lightning speed. The approach road was narrow but is properly maintained. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers

This is one of the best hotels that you can get in entire Kerala, let alone Munnar. Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT. Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10. We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb. Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us. Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

Good perfect

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good. Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.
