Bbhatiarajivoverall property was good.last day I got stuck in their lift due to some malfunction for about 15minutes abd nobody came for my help .Only after 15minutes I got any help from the hotel staff.So my take average for the services.

We booked three rooms, and from the moment we arrived, Sunil at the reception made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Shalini was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, with excellent service and friendly assistance. Housekeeping was thorough and ensured our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend Hotel Justa Palampur for anyone visiting the area!”

GGuest UserA must stay at this property if you are hungry for peaceful stay with a spectacular valley view from the balcony of your room. Breakfast could be alarmed carte or buffet, depending on the occupancy of the hotel. Both the options are good but i’m somewhat of an ala carte lover since you get all fresh prepared food right on your plate. Located at around 10 km away from the hustle and bustle of the mcleodganj square. Harnam from the restaurant was a great asset to the service provided to us. Since we had to leave early today, we requested the hotel to pack the breakfast for us which they honoured.

GGuest UserWater pool : when resort or hotel having swimming pool, it's mandatory to maintain to water quantity. Very dirty water. Room : 3 star category, but bath rool not cleaning every month. I am mentioned every month because spider web in the bathroom. Food : two employees in room service and restaurant. Both serving and same cooked as well one of them. Air conditioning: not cooling accordingly to room. Make my trip please check make my trip when you show hotel at least quality you can also check.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this property for two nights in the suite room. It was a good room with all facilities. The property is surrounded by fruit trees. The owners are very nice and friendly people and suggested quite a few walking routes to us to explore the place. They took care of all our needs during the stay. However the food and the staff both need an overhaul. They were the only let downs during our stay. The property has a lot more to offer than it currently does in terms of engaging the guests. For instance, the walking routes could be shared with all the guests ***** with a route map. The village in which the property is situated has been declared a heritage village but when we explored it we did not find anything worthy of interest. Though it has a lot of potential to engage tourists which the owners / management of the property can develop.

the food is terrible. Very limited options and extremely bland and poor preparation. Make sure you make arrangements for your meals somewhere else. Much recommended for the stay though.
