Our stay at indraprastha was mesmerising with beautiful view from the balcony and serenity around us. Loved the hospitality of the staff. Only the breakfast was average, they can work on their breakfast buffet. Overall it was a memorable stay

A wonderful hotel, from the staff,food,reception, breakfast, bar..5**** very kind and generous staff... the taxi service from Bhupinder was fantastic.. over all a beautiful place to stay..with wonderful views of the himalayas!!

Water pool : when resort or hotel having swimming pool, it's mandatory to maintain to water quantity. Very dirty water. Room : 3 star category, but bath rool not cleaning every month. I am mentioned every month because spider web in the bathroom. Food : two employees in room service and restaurant. Both serving and same cooked as well one of them. Air conditioning: not cooling accordingly to room. Make my trip please check make my trip when you show hotel at least quality you can also check.

Breakfast is good! There is no question about whether an extra bed can be added, it is suitable for bringing children, and the location is very good! With parking lot

I stayed at hotel katson castle, dharmashala ***** with my family in may’24. The property is quite new and very well maintained. The rooms were quite clean and hygenic. The staff is courteous and was constantly looking for ways to make my stay pleasant. Special mention and thanks to gm of the property mr. Manish thakur who personally ensured the booked ipl match tickets were collected in timely manner from hp-ca ground and also for ensuring my stay was a memorable one.

This is an amazing place for a calm and peaceful holiday, the ambience is really great. Room service and hygiene is wonderful. Staff is very humble and helpful. I would definitely recommend and plan another vacation in this beautiful place surrounded by dhauladhars. Best place to stay away from city life.

The property is very beautiful with amazing views. You wake up to a huge balcony with snow capped mountains right in front of you. Cons - the food is terrible. Very limited options and extremely bland and poor preparation. Make sure you make arrangements for your meals somewhere else. Much recommended for the stay though.

The only thing which is good about this property is its location and view from rooms. The property has not been maintained at all, it's not worth the money being spent. There have been a seepage in the rooms and even toilets are not made well. The flow of water while taking bath gets spread in the entire bathroom Rooms are spacious enough and having good view. But again maintenance is nil. We checked in the hotel at 2 pm and the rooms were not ready. The linen was dirty. After request they changed the same. Further, linen were having wrinkles which proofs that the same were not changed. Toiletories and water bottles were made available after many requests. The staff at hotel was polite and ready to extend support except one female staff. She was very reluctant in providing facilities. It was raining the entire day so we requested if they could provide us iron sot-hat we could dry our clothes. Which was provided after many requests. We ordered some food which was obviously on paid basis but the quantity was very less as compare to price. The hotel shows a rosy picture but apart from the view from rooms and location of hotel, there is nothing to be appreciated. The management is charging price of 3. 5 star + category but hotel is of 2 star category. Also. We checked out from hotel around 7 :45 am today mrng.
