We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Porta Picta. The location is perfect for exploring Bergamo Città Alta, the room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Barbara and the whole team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We were especially touched by the complimentary breakfast and by the care they showed when they found and kept our forgotten headphones. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional. We highly recommend Palazzo Porta Picta to anyone visiting Bergamo and hope to return one day. Thank you for everything!

Excellent hotel & location. Breakfast buffet was good. All staff courteous. Room had everything needed - aircon, plenty of power point, with usb ports too. Sadly the room was tiny - have visited & revisited many countries across Europe, especially in the last 3/4 years & this was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, at the back of the hotel. The ‘standard’ room was merely standard - disappointing

Facilities: The facilities are very new, with switches for delay lighting and extinguishing functions. The heating in the public area and the room is very sufficient, and a single coat can be fully opened in the room. Hygienic: The room was cleaned very clean and very satisfied Environment: The location is very good, very close to the top of the mountain, not far from the core of the old city in the upper city. Service: The front desk and restaurant brother are very good, very humorous and talkative

The room was new and spacious, with a balcony. Secure parking is available in the courtyard. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of both downtown and uptown. The nearby University of the Arts is worth a visit.

It was a great experience. The staff were amazing and welcoming. We had complimentary breakfast, which was lovely. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

This hotel is a gem that’s found in a city of Bergamo that the city itself is such a wonder of elegance and beauty of historic affluence. Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences. Wish this hotel keeps that momentum and mindset.

Everything you needed for your pre-flight stay was available at the hotel. There's a restaurant on site, plus a commercial restaurant across the street.

I transferred to a deluxe room but the lamp was broken and was on the floor.. I asked housekeeping to fix but I guess they needed an engineering person to do it Best location! Cafe is just 5 steps after exiting the main door. I prefer the standard room because the deluxe room had a weird configuration... Nespresso and Sparkling water was complementary.. overall this place should be rated 5 stars!!!

Deluso è il titolo che più si addice a questa esperienza. Io sarò anche old ma preferisco parlare con una persona che con un totem; preferisco, se soggiorno in Italia ricevere messaggi in italiano (e poi magari in inglese); vorrei che se mi si dice che basta contattare via wap un certo numero se ci sono problemi e che è reperibile 24 su 24 ..ricevere una risposta o un intervento al massimo entro 15/20 minuti. Non ho scelto una camera di basso livello e, banalmente, la cassaforte non funzionava, la TV era impostata in norvegese, la temperatura del condizionatore era a 19 gradi....tutti piccoli segni di scarsa attenzione e di lontananza da parte della proprietà rispetto alla struttura. Non credo userò mai piùbla struttura o residenze collegate a questa catena.

Very new property. Due to the period, my choice is oriented to accomodations which allow the self check-in, without the need to get in contact with other people. After following an easy and quick procedure to provide my details, I received the codes of the building and my room. Very recommended for the location, just out of the property you are in a pedestrian area with bars, nice restaurants and any kind of shops.
