We stayed from Ca' Amae and we can say we were really good! We have been welcomed with friendliness and sympathy since the first time, and we have been feeling at home immediately. Cleaning and organization were innocent, but what has hit us particularly was the care of details, it is perceived in every corner how much they are concerned to make our guests well and make our special and comfortable stay. We were so good that we decided to add one night more to our stay! It was a real pleasure for us to stay in a warm, careful environment and where we felt really well. A special thank you for the availability, professionalism, gentleness and attention you have given us. It was a beautiful and certainly to repeat. From La Spezia Train Station, walk three or four minutes to the left. The exterior of the hotel is very old, and the elevator is of the old style. It can only accommodate two people and luggage. But the room is quite spacious, there are slippers, the minibar is too rich, although we did not enjoy it. There is a coffee machine in the common area of the corridor and small snacks are provided. Lemons are abundant here, so there is also a supply of fresh lemons. Due to limited space, breakfast is not served at the hotel, but at a restaurant at 11 o'clock on the left of the gate. You can get a croissant, juice and a hot drink with the hotel’s breakfast card. The city tax was first charged when staying in the hotel. It may be due to limited staff. We did not find the service staff at 8 am on the day of check-out. We put the key in the room and left directly. The overall feeling of the hotel is pretty good, you can recommend it!

It's a good walk from the station. The road to the hotel is a pedestrian road, so taxis don't go. I went to Naples 21 from the station and was guided by the staff. The staff took a destination on the app to tell me the wrong way Google Maps told me the wrong way I left my key in the room, but I solved it by phone. There are everything I need in the room. You can simply cook and eat, and there are microwave ovens, coffee pots, coffee machines, toasters, electric stoves, etc. There's a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. There's a strange elevator, so you don't have to worry about heavy luggage. Spacious, comfortable and comfortable

As a transit hotel to Cinque Terre, the price is good. The room is spacious and clean, not to mention a complete set of kitchen utensils and tableware, it is very convenient to make some favorite food yourself. The landlord, Mr. Emmanuel, is very patient and is very useful for our parking reference.

they have 2 establishments. We went to the one in the map and ended up having to walk back to near the train station. The place doesnt have elvator but luckily the room is only one floor up. Good for the price.

I knew it was an airbnb hotel when I checked in, except that it was a bit inconvenient to check in. I had to ring the doorbell to call the landlord. Everything else was good. The room was big enough and the bathroom was clean.
