3-Star Hotels in La Spezia

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The location is perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice room, located in the center of city and easy to get food and go to train station. I didn’t tell the hostels around arrival times so they did early check for us.

This is an apartment and the room is very cosy and comfortable. It is near to La Spezia Central Train Station so it is perfect to visit The Cinque Terre , Pisa and Florence. The environment is very good near to city center with lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!

To go to Cinque Terre, I chose to stay in Las Pezia for 2 nights. Although it was a bit far from the station to drag my luggage 800 meters, the room was clean and quiet. Capsule coffee is provided and the taste is not bad, and small snacks can be served with coffee to provide a service similar to afternoon tea, which is really intimate. If you want to see the sea all the time, it is recommended to live directly in Cinque Terre to get a better travel experience.

The room was clean and tidy, 2 minutes away from the train station, because it was a self-check-in, I needed to get the password in advance to get the key, and I didn't have a password when I arrived at the hotel. I called the boss over to help me through the Internet phone before I checked in smoothly. In short, everything went smoothly!

I LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air! The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size. Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000. We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia. Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.

Positive review. The host is extremely friendly. Self check-in is available, which is really convenient for travelers. The property is also very close to the train station. Overall, everything is great. The only downside is that the air conditioner does not provide sufficient cooling. It is not much of an issue under normal weather conditions, but it can feel uncomfortable during heatwaves.

Left a message to the owner that I would need a parking space during my booking through trip.com. The ad is showing that parking is free but I was told to shift my car to another place further away from our accommodation cause I cannot park within the premise. Is very disappointing.

The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, decent location compared to the train station and port if visiting Cinque Terre. You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.
