"We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable!
Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs.

"An excellent guesthouse with fantastic service. Communication with the owner via WeChat was superb; they were always available to answer any questions. When I checked out, I accidentally left some belongings behind and was rushing to catch my train. I thought it was too late to retrieve them, but the owner instantly replied, assuring me I could return, and even remotely unlocked the door for me."

"Perfect 2d1n stay if you are looking for a place to stay in cinque terre. First of all, the service was tip top by receptionist Nasrin! She was very warm and welcoming. She offered to keep our luggages and let us have a quick change after we check out. Other than that, the guest house is located strategically just 9 mins walk from La Spezia train station, next to the Main Street. The room was pretty spacious even for three! Room was clean, beds were perfect, toilet was spacious and we didn’t expect it has a sharing kitchen as well with utensils and coffee machine. Overall it was a perfect stay for us definitely!"

"Great value for money. The room was clean and sophisticated. I really liked the design. There may not have been many amenities, but I didn't really care because I didn't plan on using them. The staff were all polite and kind. There was a wide variety of breakfast options and it was delicious. I like walking, so I didn't mind that it was far from the station. This service is worth staying at this price."

"Amazing location—literally in the same building as La Spezia train station! Super convenient. The staff were incredibly attentive and even messaged in advance to ask about my arrival time so they could assist with check-in. They also allowed luggage storage after check-out, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!!!"

"The rooms are at 0 on the European standards floor, because of this very cold floor. The view from the window to the inner courtyard is a well with a wash - you can't even see what weather is on the street. Due to the lack of sun and air in the room very wet, things are completely not dry, because of the cold in the bathroom the moisture condensates right on the walls and on the floor and the walls throughout the room is a layer of water. There is a window in the bathroom, but in a few days there was never dry. The heaters didn't work and in September at +22 the street was cold.
I chose on good reviews about the hosts, but they have not been seen in 3 days at all. The location is good, 10 minutes to the station, but in the trail. once definitely will look for something else."

It was simply the best travel experience we’ve ever had. We chose this brand-new hotel for our honeymoon, and Cristina and Nicolo did their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Liguria, with its open-hearted people, fantastic sea views/nature, and calm way of life, is perfect for a romantic trip. We will keep the memories of Villa dei Poeti and Liguria with us forever. Hopefully, one day we’ll return to this place and these people.

It's a good walk from the station. The road to the hotel is a pedestrian road, so taxis don't go. I went to Naples 21 from the station and was guided by the staff. The staff took a destination on the app to tell me the wrong way Google Maps told me the wrong way
I left my key in the room, but I solved it by phone. There are everything I need in the room. You can simply cook and eat, and there are microwave ovens, coffee pots, coffee machines, toasters, electric stoves, etc. There's a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine.
There's a strange elevator, so you don't have to worry about heavy luggage.

To go to Cinque Terre, I chose to stay in Las Pezia for 2 nights. Although it was a bit far from the station to drag my luggage 800 meters, the room was clean and quiet.
Capsule coffee is provided and the taste is not bad, and small snacks can be served with coffee to provide a service similar to afternoon tea, which is really intimate.
If you want to see the sea all the time, it is recommended to live directly in Cinque Terre to get a better travel experience.

I LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air!
The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size.
Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000.
We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia.
Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.

The room was clean and tidy, 2 minutes away from the train station, because it was a self-check-in, I needed to get the password in advance to get the key, and I didn't have a password when I arrived at the hotel. I called the boss over to help me through the Internet phone before I checked in smoothly. In short, everything went smoothly!

The only downside is that the air conditioner does not provide sufficient cooling. It is not much of an issue under normal weather conditions, but it can feel uncomfortable during heatwaves.

Left a message to the owner that I would need a parking space during my booking through trip.com. The ad is showing that parking is free but I was told to shift my car to another place further away from our accommodation cause I cannot park within the premise. Is very disappointing.

The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, decent location compared to the train station and port if visiting Cinque Terre. You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.
