Hotel super, is just next to the rope road, plus there is a transfer every 30 minutes. Parking is free. Rooms are clean, big, clean every day and change towels and towels. Breakfasts 10 out of 10. The hotel has a spa area with baths and swimming pools, massage chairs, children's rooms and entertainment. We all really enjoyed it, we'll come back again!!!

Very good hotel in a wonderful location! My room was on the 2nd floor with a view to the forest. Also on the 2nd floor is a perfectly equipped gym. The bed Mega is comfortable, there is a safe, a refrigerator, a table, TV.  Very warm in the room, I opened the window in November for clean air.  The rope is located 100 meters from the hotel, tickets are better to take at the hotel, goes slightly cheaper by 250 rubles The hotel has a massage chair of Yamoguchi , for 600 rubles it is possible to relax 20 minutes.  I didn't like breakfast in another hotel across the bridge. But breakfasts themselves are very delicious: tortoise, nuts, humus, pancakes, chestnut, cheese and a lot of different things!

We had a rest in December. Everything is great. Not far from the port. You can see moored ships in the window. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts are 5+. There was everything!!! Even champagne. You could use the pool for 1500 rubles at the Pullman hotel. If you are not picky about little things, I recommend

Для посещения оперы в горах, в рамках проходящего на Роза Хутор фестиваля классической музыки, решила остановиться в отеле Жрбелия. У отеля отличное местоположение, есть собственный бассейн. Мы приехали в отель в 14-30, номер был готов. На мой вкус, номер отличный. Не большой, но есть все необходимое, 2 кровати с великолепным постельным бельём, диванчик, стол, холодильник, кофемашинв, утюг, гладильная доска. Косметика для душа - нет слов, запахи и качество выше всяких похвал. В номере были тапочки, халаты, набор с зубному щетками. Если нужно что-то еще, по звонку на рецепшне все принесут. Завтрак великолепен, есть все и на любой вкус. У меня был день рождения и то, что отель поздравил меня сладким сюрпризом, было очень приятно. Зона бассейна чистая, светлая. Приятно окунуться в воду рано утром, до завтрака. На рецепшен можно купить трансфер до олимпийских объектов, где расположен пляж. Наличие билета на трансфер даёт возможность бесплатно пользоваться пляжем. В следующем году забронирую этот отель еще раз на несколько дней, что бы погулять в горах без суеты и толпы.

If you come on vacation, this is a very decent hotel option with everything you need, I recommend it!

До пятизвездочного отеля ему пока далеко. Но Персонал очень старается, вежливые, быстро решают все проблемы и вопросы. Спасибо администраторам Артуру и Зарине за доброжелательность и профессионализм. Из плюсов отеля: вкусный завтрак шведский стол, хороший бассейн и открытый и закрытый. Уютная территория, гладильная доска и утюг в номере. Красивое лобби. Есть сейф и кофе-машина в номере - это конечно плюс. Есть халаты в номере и при необходимости их меняют. Минусы: номера маленькие, нет стандартных номеров с двумя кроватями, только улучшенные. Все стандартные только с двуспальной кроватью. Спать на раскладном кресле за 8000 рублей за сутки - ну такое. Маленькая ванная комната - как шкаф. Был запах из канализации. Номер неуютный, вид окно в окно к соседям. Мебель дешевая, это видно. Лежаков у бассейнов намного меньше, чем желающих на них полежать. Парные в «спа-центре» маленькие, но чистые. Дверь в женском туалете в спа полупрозрачная, это конечно интересное решение😂 В целом неплохой маленький отель. Но не пятерка.

Завтраки голодными не будете, как в типичной столовой. Номер прям очень средненький. Вешалки есть. Тапочек нет, зубных землекопа тоже нет. Понравилось только расположение. Вернулась бы еще раз сюда - ни за что. Чтоб пройти к бассейну нужно выйти на улицу! Але! Теплый ноябрь в Сочи, но не в этом году.
