Very Good
GGuest UserA lovely retreat. We had a wonderful time. A four star resort experience. Reasonable prices. Wonderful breakfast smoothies. A delicious lunch and dinner menu. Big airy rooms. A relaxed tropical modern vibe. Very friendly staff. One suggestion would be additional umbrellas on the beach as they all run out by 8 AM. The hotel can easily buy more umbrellas and Provide shade For the hotel guest, who want to lounge at the beach. That said we did not spend much time doing that we were having too much fun playing volleyball, frisbee, swimming and football. There’s no hotel gym. But overall, An excellent resort with a chill out vibe
GGuest UserFirst of all, I want to state that there is absolutely no racial discrimination. However, when I checked in at 3 a.m. after flying for more than ten hours, I walked into the store and asked the only black clerk, ”Hi, where is the reception?” The other party actually replied to me, ”I’m the only one here, are you blind?” I was shocked. I have been to so many countries, and this is the first time I feel the ”hospitality” of the people of Florida. Although the clerk apologized to me in the end and complained that he was always scheduled to work late and couldn’t go back to be with his children, so he was in a bad mood (he talked to me for a long time), but the first impression still refreshed my three views, and I finally gave a tip. However, the other employees are not bad, most of them are minorities, and the transportation is also very convenient. In short, it is a very ”strange” stay experience
GGuest UserIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from the airport to the hotel, costing around USD 20。 I’m staying for five days to attend a conference. I booked Deluxe Junior King Suite with Ocean view, inclusive of the resort fee is the: two bottled waters replenished daily inside the room, two beach chairs, two adult bicycle rentals, two wellness classes. Each day when I return after a full schedule, the room is cleaned and tidied up nicely.
TtlapeachThe room was quite nice - sparkling clean! This is definitely the most important element for me, but this place didn't disappoint regarding cleanliness. One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room. The business center is right in the middle of the front lobby, which can sometimes get super loud. A quieter workspace area that is tucked away would be nice. One frustrating thing was the amount of gratuity tacked on to everything. We went to the Bar & Grill for some snacks and a beer one day, and despite only getting our order taken at the bar and one other person bringing out our food and drinks once, maybe twice, the resort has the audacity to add on an 18% service fee on top of the price automatically. I understand that inflation and cost of living are a problem, but it shouldn't give hotel chains like Hilton to pass on the responsibility of paying their employees to their customers. They should actually pay their people a fair wage. $40/day+tax for mandatory valet parking was also completely unnecessary. That being said, experience-wise, it's still a good place and seemed to be one of the lower-priced resorts in the area, but I hate how hotel chains tend to find ways to gouge just a little bit more money out of people around every corner.
KKeith WhiteThe service was pretty good. The only service received really was check-in and check out as far as the hotel itself went. The food was pretty good. Breakfast at Rise for less than 15 bucks.
GGuest UserIt is very suitable for friends who rent a car or travel by car. Parking is free and it is very close to Exit 95 of the highway. As for other aspects, the basic overview is average. The front desk staff hardly speaks, perhaps because they face all kinds of guests every day. But don't expect too much, it's OK.
GGuest UserRoom took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.
GGuest UserFirst they gave me the wrong room and then they gave me one for the disabled because there was no more room with a king-size bed as I had rented it, in the end I never had the room I had reserved, but in general we had a good stay.
EeM.MOne of the worst experiences during check in, starting by being badly treated by valet parking guys once explained we'll park by ourselves, then at the reception by not interested girl that wanted to take double payment. Totally different experience during check out - another girl was super kind but promised an invoice was never sent to us.
Hotel is nice, well located, but do not expect nothing really particular
