"So I booked this the day of, but did my research. In my research I read about Debbie a lot so let’s talk about her first. Debbie is rude and will tell you what she thinks you need even if it is not what you want BUT once you break that Staten Island barrier down she is very nice. So give her a chance! I also read a couple reviews about ROACHES but since there was only a couple I figured it wasn’t common and maybe just a one off situation that was corrected by now. The place is a semi halfa$$ed renovated hotel which could be an awesome spot if they added a little attention to detail such as changing the old dirty light switches and outlets. They are literally a couple bucks each. The room was pretty clean from what I could see but what we found on the kitchen sink in the morning ruined the high cleanliness rating. Yup you guessed it a  ROACH. See picture for proof.  Overall good spot to stay and great deal, but after the roach issue is taken care of. And if you own this place and are reading this, put a little more love into your investment. People will notice."

"Terrible. They don't clean the room, only for reservations of more than 4 days. Breakfast doesn't have half of the items in the photos. I would take papaya, but all the other items are missing. You have to beg for coffee in the machine every day. The bathtub is clogged, very expensive for a 5th category hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone."
