4-Star Hotels in Cam Ranh

Very good 5 starts facility and amazing swimming pool. But service need to upgrade such as more employees can speak English well and be more polite and passion to customers

We had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds were airy and filled with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food suited our taste, with a wide variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was especially impressive, with delicious seafood soup and shaking beef. Overall, the services were stable and satisfactory. Our child especially enjoyed the swimming pool. Beautiful beach, unfortunately the sea is rough so you can't swim. We will definitely return on our next trip.

Сам отель прекрасный. Очень красивый вид с балкона. Номера большие , красивые, в них все есть. Но у нас были проблемы с заселением, тк на руках были только копии паспортов, по ним нас не хотели заселять и мы потеряли много времени пока общались со службой поддержки .

The booking stated breakfast was included, but it magically disappeared from the terms upon check-in. Went to the pool, asked for a towel, and they took my room card and told me towels cost extra. I've never seen a hotel charge for towels before! And you have to pay upfront? So you're supposed to carry money around? Absurd. We won't be coming back here.

Good mark: Good location, beautiful beach, ok view, comfortable and convenient room design Bad points: Check in took too long, it took exactly 30 minutes to wait to check in while observing at that time there were only 2 or 3 people waiting to check in. I have never waited so long to check in. Guests want to arrive early and check in early to change clothes and enjoy the amenities. Going out but doing so takes too much time. I was very upset when I went to the receptionist to ask twice and still didn't see the receptionist finish processing it. The third time I asked, it was done, but the receptionist forgot to call me back to get the room key :( Even so, there was no apology, like it was obvious? I feel like my time is not respected. important. Unfortunately, this minus point subtracts many good points from the resort, so overall I rate it 2 stars
