"The entire resort and individual accommodations are clean and well-organized, and the scent of flowers truly heals the mind. The staff are friendly and service-minded, and they make an active effort to welcome Korean speakers. This is my second time here, following last year. Once, I had to cancel due to an unexpected family emergency. On my last trip, it was my birthday, and the resort surprised me with a cake and a congratulatory card! It was very touching. I always stay for 2 nights and 3 days, but if the stay were longer, the food might get a bit boring. We made good use of Lotte Mart, taking Grab to eat out, and ordering delivery. ^^"

"We ended up booking this hotel last minute after our original place didn’t work out, and it was quite the experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spectacular view from the balcony. Unfortunately, the wind was really strong, which made it too chilly to enjoy the pool or beach. Breakfast was just okay, but we really struggled during dinner. The hotel has only one restaurant that shares space with other hotels in the complex, which made it feel pretty hectic. We arrived at 7 PM, ordered our food, and then waited about an hour and a half before it started coming out. Many guests were asked to wait in the lobby or come back later because there wasn’t enough room. On the bright side, the food was quite delicious when it finally arrived!"

"This is a really great resort. It's perfect for families. I especially liked that there's a separate kitchen and a bathroom in every room. The only downside is that the Cam Ranh area is far from the city center, which made it a bit inconvenient for enjoying Nha Trang. But other than that, everything else was good."

"A nice hotel with a private beach. The walk to the sea takes about 10 minutes, but it passes through beautiful grounds and another hotel located on the beachfront. We were sent to this hotel's restaurant for breakfast, which was excellent. Our hotel wasn't full. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a sea view. The grounds of the second, sister hotel are very beautiful. The beach is wide with fine sand, the sea is stunning, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The downside is the lack of infrastructure outside the hotel. Dinner must be served at the hotel restaurant or you have to travel to Cam Ranh or Nha Trang. The hotel does have a kitchen, but we didn't eat there. Nha Trang can be reached by taxi or bus 16. The promised free airport shuttle for stays of more than three nights was not provided."

"Ana Mandara Cam Ranh – Overall a pleasant stay, but some areas need improvement What I liked: * 🌿 Green and peaceful: Lots of greenery and small trees. The overall atmosphere feels more like a peaceful Vietnamese village than a typical hotel/resort. * 🏖️ Easy beach access: The connection to the beach is convenient and not a lengthy walk. * 🌊 Sea-facing villas: The villas facing the sea are pretty nice and would be my preferred choice. * 🛏️ Spacious rooms: Rooms are generously sized and comfortable. * 🍜 Great Vietnamese breakfast: Breakfast has strong and authentic Vietnamese flavours with many local choices. * 😊 Generally helpful staff: Staff are helpful when you actually need assistance. What could be improved: * 🍳 Limited Western breakfast: Not many Western food options compared with the Vietnamese selection. * 🚽 Poor toilet privacy: The toilet is separated only by a very thin linen curtain, which does almost nothing to block toilet sounds. A proper door would be much better. * 🏊 Pool cleanliness: The main swimming pool was a little dusty, with quite a lot of sand at the bottom. * 🥵 Hot check-in area: The check-in/reception area does not have air conditioning, so it can feel quite hot in Cam Ranh weather. * 👋 Staff greetings: Staff rarely say “Hello,” “Good morning,” or “Thank you.” They are generally helpful, but the resort lacks some of the basic greeting and hospitality standards commonly found at international hotels. * 🏞️ Lagoon area: The lagoon section is quite far away and, personally, I didn’t find it particularly attractive. * 🏡 Village rather than resort vibe: This can be either positive or negative depending on your preference. If you expect a polished, luxurious international resort atmosphere, this place feels much more like staying in a landscaped Vietnamese village. Overall: A pleasant and relaxing property with good Vietnamese food, spacious rooms, lots of greenery and convenient beach access. I would recommend choosing a sea-facing villa. There are definitely some details that need improvement, particularly bathroom privacy, pool maintenance, reception comfort and staff greeting standards."

"Everything was great, except for the service – it was non-existent. 1. It was stated that there would be two ”small double” beds, but in reality, they were so narrow, it's hard to even call them single beds. I've never seen such narrow beds in Vietnam before. They definitely weren't 140cm as described. The second photo shows a 10-year-old child so you can gauge the scale. 2. Reception. I don't need artificial smiles, but to ignore a customer when they ask a question, making it clear through their body language that the customer isn't there – an employee like that should be replaced. Customers should want to return, but an uninterested employee pushes them away. Thank goodness the second girl noticed this and helped us resolve our issues. I understand everything – it's work, there are many people, and so on. But acknowledge the customer, tell them ”please wait 5 minutes,” and that's it, I would perfectly understand. I rarely pay attention to such things, but this kind of behavior is acceptable in a market or a shop, but certainly not in a resort hotel. No one escorted us to the room, and there's no luggage storage; they said to put our bags by the entrance. Where by the entrance? With whom? No one is watching these bags. The girl who checked us in and signed the form – she was excellent. She took the initiative, seeing that her colleague had turned away from us. Thank you."

"I booked this place for a 0.5-night stay on the last day of my trip, just to catch a late-night flight, and surprisingly, it was amazing with a fantastic view! Since it was a Sunday, they had a foam party at the pool in the afternoon, which the kids absolutely loved. The pool was large and great for swimming, and there was a jacuzzi too, which I sadly didn't get to use. Everything else was perfect, but when we went to the beach to play in the waves, they were too strong. Plus, there seemed to be oil in the sand ㅠㅠ. My brand new Crocs and rash guard got stained, and it's not coming off easily. If I come back to Nha Trang, I'd definitely consider staying here for 0.5 to 1 night again, but I probably won't go to that beach, lol. Also, it was a bit disappointing that check-out wasn't quicker, as I had to rush to the airport with the kids late at night (waited about 10 minutes)."

"This is the cheapest hotel in Cam Ranh! Pros: + Clean bed and linens + Toiletries provided + Clean + No insects If you need to spend one night close to the airport, it might be worth it. But staying at the hotel will be extremely uncomfortable: - Old rooms on the ground floor, peeling wallpaper, broken light bulbs in some places, cracked tiles and walls - Easy to hear, it feels like if someone is talking, it's in my room - Air conditioner blows cold air directly onto the bed - Smells like diaper rash - There are no shops or cafes nearby"
