"The hotel is new and beautiful. The view from the window overlooks the sea and the airport. The breakfasts are good with a wide variety of dishes, so it's hard to leave hungry. In the evening, we ordered dinner from the restaurant and had it delivered to our room. The pool is fantastic, and the water was surprisingly warm. There's also a lazy river, but it operates on a schedule. The kids' club is in a neighboring building, spacious, with a trampoline and a ball pit. We went to the beach for a swim in the sea. The beach has 'singing sand,' and the sea is crystal clear. HOWEVER, sometimes there's trash floating around (plastic bags, tubes, packaging). Otherwise, we have no complaints. There's a plaza with cafes nearby. Our impressions of the hotel are very positive! It's perfect for a beach vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and crowds. We would gladly come back again."

"I really liked the hotel. There are very few Russians, almost none! Mostly Chinese guests, but you barely see them during the day; they swim early in the morning and at sunset! The view is beautiful, sun loungers are always available, and the grounds are very green with many pools. Breakfasts are amazing! Fruits, pastries, pho, eggs – you name it, they have it! You can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel or at the one cafe currently available there. There are many spas and one small shop selling clothes! Everything is still being set up there! It's a 30-minute taxi ride to Nha Trang. This hotel is for a very relaxed holiday, there's nowhere to go out."

"This is a really weird hotel. On one hand, it is an incredible, 5*, new, modern resort for an incredibly cheap price - one of the best value for money hotels I have ever stayed at. Also, it's right by the airport so super convenient. The sound of planes overhead was not annoying.
However, when I went to the beach, there was massive, seemingly permanent signs saying it is a rip current zone so you can't go in the sea. I felt a bit disappointed because if you book to go to a seaside resort, but can't go in the sea, it's really disappointing. I guess you could walk a few hundred metre down the beach and go in, however if you went near the resort the lifeguard would prevent you. I think they need to notify guests in advance, before booking time, that you can't swim in the sea.
Secondly, when I checked out, they told me I had to wait for 10 mins for someone to check my room (Even though I only stayed there a few hours). This was really frustrating as I was in the rush to the airport and the car was waiting for me. They should have told this to me during check-in so I could have adjusted my schedule accordingly. I didn't like the way they felt entitled to delay 10mins of everyone's time at check-out with no advanced warning.
The swimming pool is nice, staff were generally friendly, food at the restaurant was OK"

"I was a bit worried after seeing many negative reviews about things like poor water quality and a subpar menu. But boy, did we get our money's worth! Our two-night stay was perfect: Friday saw a bubble party and a late-night live club by the water park, and on Saturday, there was even a fire show at the beach bar. The crowd was predominantly Western, especially Russian families, which meant we could enjoy a wholesome, kid-friendly atmosphere even at night. Highly recommended!"

"A nice hotel with a private beach. The walk to the sea takes about 10 minutes, but it passes through beautiful grounds and another hotel located on the beachfront. We were sent to this hotel's restaurant for breakfast, which was excellent. Our hotel wasn't full. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a sea view. The grounds of the second, sister hotel are very beautiful. The beach is wide with fine sand, the sea is stunning, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The downside is the lack of infrastructure outside the hotel. Dinner must be served at the hotel restaurant or you have to travel to Cam Ranh or Nha Trang. The hotel does have a kitchen, but we didn't eat there. Nha Trang can be reached by taxi or bus 16. The promised free airport shuttle for stays of more than three nights was not provided."

"Great for a family vacation! We stayed in a sea-view villa, and I had requested a room close to the ocean when booking, so we were lucky to get the second row facing the sea. The villa's private pool is on the rooftop. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but the taste leaned towards Korean cuisine. I suggest they could adjust it slightly to include more Chinese dishes, especially since more and more Chinese guests are staying here. The à la carte food was just okay and not very suitable for young children. The hotel charges 300 RMB a day to rent kitchenware, so we ended up buying our own set of pots, pans, knives, seasonings, rice, noodles, meat, vegetables, and oil from the supermarket to cook for the little ones. For the adults, if you don't want to eat at the hotel, you can order takeout via Grab, but it can only be delivered to the hotel entrance, so you'll need to pick it up yourself. Other than that, everything else was good. Service requests were generally responded to promptly; even when an AC broke in one of the rooms in the middle of the night, someone came to fix it quickly. If you turn right after exiting the hotel, there's a coconut stall a few hundred meters down the road that sells very cheap coconuts, around 4 RMB each."

"Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with vast, well-maintained grounds, large pools, and a private beach. We booked a two-room suite with a sea view, and we loved it. However, the service was disappointing. I booked two two-room suites, considering my early check-in privilege. We specifically checked out of Nha Trang early to be at this hotel in Cam Ranh by 10:00 AM. But upon arrival, reception said they didn't know anything and would check us in at 2:00 PM. I showed them my vouchers, etc., but nothing helped. They kept us and the kids at reception for four hours. Later, it turned out there was only one two-room suite available, and if you wanted to eat in another building, you could take two cheaper ones. We were staying in another building with friends, and when we got to our room, we found only the utensils for two. There were no bedding for the child in the living room, no glasses, and no kettle. We had to wait for the owner of these rooms to arrive and bring us the missing items personally. Basically, half a day was wasted and stressful, even though we really wanted to spend the last day of our vacation at this beautiful hotel. There are no shops outside the hotel, and everything on the premises is four times more expensive. We had to call a taxi to buy something to eat."

GGuest UserAdd: It is very strange that this building is actually composed of 8-10 different hotels, but I have checked that there is no room type for breakfast. Therefore, we 4 adults have to buy a buffet breakfast equivalent to RMB 70/person. Of course, the dishes are still quite rich, but in Vietnam, It’s more expensive, and the key is that there is no takeaway here, away from the city,
In addition, the room number is more difficult to find. They are on the dual side, the singular side, and they have to be divided into the A side and the B side. We found the room and took a lot of effort.

GGuest UserI went on a sunset tour in Mui Ne and needed a place to shower and pack my bags before returning home, so I chose the Magnolia Hotel near Cam Ranh Airport.
It was very economical as three people could make a reservation for about 24,000 won.
When returning home after the Mui Ne tour, many people choose to take a shower and get a massage at a massage shop because of the sand all over their bodies.
Compared to that, it was much more economical and it was nice to be able to easily unfold and unpack the suitcase on the last day of the trip.
The bedding and towels didn't seem comfortable for sleeping, but the cleaning and amenities were good. The room is just like the picture.
There are a lot of people who say they can't get Grab to the airport, but as of midnight, they really can't get Grab.
When I tried to call the Grab driver I had previously ridden via KakaoTalk, he charged me 200,000 dong to get to the airport (the Grab price was 135,000 dong).
I asked the person at the reception to call me, so I called a taxi driver I knew and got a comfortable ride to the airport for 144,000 dong (I only had this much Vietnamese dong lol)~~!! You were so kind that I ended my trip in a good mood. I hope this review will be of help to those who are considering the Magnolia Hotel!!

GGuest UserIt's a great value. It's comparable to a 60,000 won motel in Korea. I thought it would be dirty because of the cheap price, but it was clean. The water runs well and the air conditioning works great. In the Philippines, at this price, it's truly comparable to a motel. The interior facilities and scenery are nice. There's no pool, and lizards are everywhere. The only downside is that it's in a remote area.

AAnonymous UserAround 9 PM on the day of check-in, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, the front desk suddenly told me I was overbooked?
They asked me to cancel and find another hotel?
But same-day cancellations are non-refundable, who's responsible?
I had to call Trip.com customer service, and in less than 10 minutes,
the front desk arranged this double room for me.
Originally, I booked a double room,
but considering I had an early flight the next day and needed to check out, I figured having a place to stay was enough.
I will never book any hotel in the Arena area again. I booked four nights in five days at different hotels, but the front desk was the same one each time. I also encountered two nights where they arranged two single beds for me, even though I paid for a double room.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds were airy and filled with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food suited our taste, with a wide variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was especially impressive, with delicious seafood soup and shaking beef. Overall, the services were stable and satisfactory. Our child especially enjoyed the swimming pool. Beautiful beach, unfortunately the sea is rough so you can't swim. We will definitely return on our next trip.

GGuest UserAlthough I did not choose this place at first (due to the anniversary, there were many rooms available), I was really surprised because the experience was very good. The room was clean, the small balcony had a beautiful view, very chill. The staff was friendly and cute. Although the location was a bit far from the center, it was quiet and relaxing. Beautiful scenery, reasonable room layout on campus. Rich and delicious breakfast. I will come back if I have the chance!

But the restaurant facilities are weak! It would be best if various restaurants opened quickly. As of now, there are one inside the hotel and two outside.
The swimming pool is very good, and if you time it right, you can also use the lazy river. It was a good experience to see a movie every night.
The sea is prettier in Cam Ranh than in Nha Trang.
The kids' cafe was also new and nice.
The buggy in the resort is also convenient!

GGuest UserThe hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi.
Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).
