Beau complexe hôtelier, avec de grandes chambres tout confort dommage qu’il manque le peignoir de bain alors qu’il y les pantoufles. Beau parc avec des arbres variés et très bien entretenu autour des chambres Restauration correcte et de qualité. Personnel dans son ensemble très aimable ainsi que les serveurs hommes et femmes. À noter qu’ils ont toujours une tenue impeccable et propre. Pourquoi n’y a t’il pas le service des draps de plage sur la plage ce qui éviterait d’avoir à promener son drap de plage jusqu’à sa chambre !!! . Un détail mais des aérateurs dans certaines parties communes auraient besoin d’un nettoyage, quand au reste de l’établissement très propre et bien entretenue. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

It was a great trip, especially with a few good friends. Although there was no opposite sex, it did not affect our enjoyment of life and emotional release! The hotel is really perfect, with complete facilities, pleasant environment, and all three meals in the restaurant are well arranged. It was also a romantic party... Walking along the white beach in the morning and evening, riding a motorboat with the sunset... Perfect! Next time, I can really bring my family to Sang Island for a trip. It is hospitable and the scenery is pleasant! If you don't want to step on the pit of the hotel, come here!

The food was delicious. The room was fine. I often felt that the young staff were doing their best.

We stayed for two days, from February 13th to 15th. We booked rooms in different locations to experience different views, and both the garden and the ocean views were beautiful. The staff were all friendly and the food was good. However, we had to check out at dawn on the 15th, so we asked the reception, and the staff at the desk during dinner treated us very disappointingly. They made fun of our English pronunciation in a comical way, even though we live in a non-English speaking country. They also told us to go back to our room and get another card because the Mastercard logo was on the card machine, and when we asked them to try paying, they sarcastically asked if it was the right card. Of course, the card machine recognized the card and the payment was made perfectly. I didn't know that it was the management policy of this resort to make fun of customers who are not good at English and treat them like thieves. If I had known, I wouldn't have made a reservation, but except for that problematic staff member, all the staff were friendly and the facilities were satisfactory. I think I need to think more about whether it is worth enduring the ridicule.

From the moment we stepped inside the reception to the time we checked out, we had the most memorable stay. The whole resort was beautifully presented, clean, luxurious and peaceful. We booked the partial sea view room and it was fabulous from all the little details inside to the private verandah outside, perfect for relaxing whilst reading a book or watching the boats go by on the sea. The infinity pool was in pristine condition, the breakfast and dinner buffet had a great selection and the Jetty restaurant was convenient for lunch too. The service all round was exceptional, everyone was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. We will be recommending Essque Zalu Zanzibar to our friends and family and are looking forward to visiting again!
