Do not book this hotel. The lake view room only has lake view at corner. The room was late and the room still dirty. The manager said will give 50 dollar discounts. However this credit never give to us at check out and another manager said there is non credit under my room at all. Called front desk for room clean. Never answer the phone. Not worth it at all.

It was clean hotel with nice view. The only negative things about them is front desk. All people at front desk are kind of rude and don’t like to answer your question.

Upgraded to premier room as room is really too worn out and smoke makes indoor air so bad. I would not stay there again. Location wise is close to skii village.

The hotel can be seen from the lakeside from a distance (Figure 1). There are many rooms. I didn't notice this when booking the room. This king-size room is in the old building and is very old. It is not 33 square meters as marked by Ctrip. It is very small and it is difficult to put a large suitcase in it.

During this trip, I stayed in the selected twin room. The room is newly renovated and overall very clean and spacious. It is one of the few hotels in the United States with a very high cost performance. Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen restaurant, but the hotel service experience is relatively average. The housekeeper knocked on the door at 8:00 in the morning and woke us up.

The hotel is good and the view is good, but ****** is just average.

The hotel facilities are old, the smell in the room is very strong, there are few power outlets and there is no way to charge the phone, the parking fee is charged 5 yuan more, and the total parking fee is 30

Very good location with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. Parking fee incomprehensible for hotel guests, as you can quickly find a free parking space on the Californian side. Additional fee per night at check-in is nonsense and only causes trouble. Why is the total price not shown in full when booking??????? Steam sauna has been out of service for months. The dry sauna is in very poor condition and the temperature was much too low. The nicotine fumes from the ****** area are disturbing.
