The hotel consider the best hotel in sp. One thing not good is when Booking in trip.com no including breakfast. We need to buy on the spot, the hotel breakfast is good if compared to swiss avenue but location is a bit far. In conclusion, we highly recommend if you look for good quality room and breakfast ignoring the location.

A nice hotel to stay either business or holiday

Just be careful with this hotel. Any extra amenities (water,blanket & pillow) will be charge. When asked why, receptionist can’t even answer. This is the first time in my travel expericence facing this. So cheapskate! Bath towel is not clean (got smell) as well as the carpet However, location is good & sorrounded by lots of shop.

The biggest hotel in Sungai Petani … location is near toll plaza … if you want to move other cities by car driving … nice location …

The bedsheet was dirty and the room was not properly clean. Could find the beer bottle cap near the bed. The mattress also was bad and the quality of the service was bad as compared to my first time stay.

Super satisfied with this hotel, the newest hotel in sungai petani. Booked several rooms for my families. Rooms were clean and has all basic necessities. Special mention to hotel restaurant ‘real taste’. My family enjoyed the breakfast spread, and their al carte menu as well. Simply delicious. Hotel staff were also very professional.

Overall ok

1st time I hv been to a hotel which 1. Don’t hv extra bed. Problem for family with 2 kids to stay. As if, you want customer to hook another room 2. I requested for 2 extra towels but was charged RM20. I could hv bought the towels myself.

Dust in the room. Toilet bowl is located at the position which is too close to the door. Room not sound proof & can hear cars & bikes moving at highway.
