I booked a room with two double beds for one night before heading to southern cities. We checked in at around 11pm. The reception staff was nice and check-in process was quick. The room was clean and without noise (we made a remark of requesting a room not facing El Camino Real). The mattresses were comfortable, although the pillows were too soft and low. The Bathroom is very spacious. Water speed is normal. Breakfast did not have a great variety of foods, but sufficient. Overall speaking, my hotel stay was money worthy, and will stay here again.

Clean & spacious rooms. Unlimited wine & beer from 5-6 pm for free, & plenty of free parking! Highly recommend.

It's close to Silicon Valley and the nearby jays are pretty good. The facilities are a bit old, but it's okay for the price. However, it is best not to expect breakfast.

The room was clean and hygienic. The hotel is divided into several parts. There are two buildings (old and new) that provide single room services, and an apartment building that provides suite services. The facilities in the old building that provides single room services are old and noisy. I negotiated with the front desk many times but failed to resolve the problem. Later, it was properly resolved through the Ctrip platform. The service strength of the Ctrip platform is worthy of praise!

The room is big but too old. The deposit is not refundable and can only be automatically released after 1 month. There are no seats at all when there are many people for breakfast, and the lobby is full of people eating.

Hotel was beautiful and would have been an amazing stay sadly the lights by the bed were not working and the fireplace was not working as well.
