Simply the worst service that I have encountered in all of my travel. For simple things like towel, water etc - a minimum of 4-5 calls had to be made. On making a complaint at the reception, there was not even an acknowledgment from the staff. Would never recommend anybody to stay in the hotel.

Small but beautiful hotel, the interior decoration is Omani style, the room is not big and the furnishings are simple, but it has everything you need. The swimming pool area is beautiful and is the highlight of the hotel. The breakfast is also good. The front desk has a chartered car service to go to nearby points.

Good starting point for excursions in the area. The hotel is a bit old but offers a solid standard with a fair price/performance ratio. Friendly service and comfortable beds. Typical local breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes. Free parking next to the building.

Scappate, cambiate hotel. Una cosa terribile. Temperatura a 17 gradi in tutti i posti ed impossibile regolare. In camera con piumino invernale. Un incubo. Chiesto in reception di fare qualcosa. Ma impossibile. Notte terribile. Sono scappato. Da chiudere per sempre. Viaggio da 32 anni e non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere

Nice, refurbished hotel with clean rooms and kind staff. Hotel has a swimming pool in which you can cool down. By car you can find plenty of restaurants within 15 min distance.
