My stay was very comfortable felt never far from my home. Hospitality and behaviour of the staff found ever best, house keeping cleanliness was superb, and the location is very appropriate at the nearest place of railway station and bus depot which is very convenient for all and simultaneously one can visit all arround the area like textile market, diamond factory. World's best place to visit is surat and best place to stay is lords plaza surat.

The entrance was neat and clean. We had dine in their restaurant called coriander. We had ordered their most selling item, dal Bukhara and other Indian dishes. Food was very delicious and its presentation was well garnished. Special thanks to Mr. Santosh Sir.

We stayed at this hotel before fifteen days ago with our community people. Our room was fantastic new model amenities might we were first guest on renovated floor. Housekeeping part was superb even Laundry also. Best breakfast before 6.30 am. Other food was good. Thank you to lords plaza team members.

we were visited to Surat with family. happily stayed in this hotel enjoyed pool as well as rooftop restaurant. kids were enjoyed food. room was too good cleaning was much much better. floor attendent was good in communication with my family. every time he was happy to ready for any kind of assistance

The hotel is very nice and very comfortable for stay, I was come here with my family and we jut feel like "HOME SWEET HOME". The housekeeping cleanliness was superb and housekeeping staff maintain this property very well. I would like say thanks housekeeping staff for take care my family while I go work and cleaning my room thanks,keep it up

We are in textile business and need to visit in Surat, we finally found best hotel here to stay. Much better than service, food and cleaness. Room attendant was much better active in his work and prompt service. Thanks to management for their training to staff that how to handle the guest. Happy to visit again
