We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was so nice. The staff really did their best and were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and so big. It was nice having a bath and the TV had a good selection of English movies. The laundry facilities were good but occasionally quite busy. Location was great, just a minute away from exit 6 at Leqiao metro. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Suzhou!

A recent and very well located hotel, a stone's throw from the metro station. The neighbourhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and very rich. Washing machines are available to customers free of charge (free laundry service) , with the possibility of also drying our laundry, which is very convenient because it avoids bringing too many clothes in the suitcase. In the room, I particularly appreciated the space, the very modern bathroom, the atmosphere of the room, ideal for working. The team is very smiling and always ready to help you. I also frequented the gym a lot mainly for running. The hotel manager could be advised to buy alters and other equipment to do physical exercises, but I am generally very satisfied with this hotel. So I warmly recommend it.

Hotel is located very near to metro. It is very easily to go to tourist attraction places. Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Hotel room is very clean with comfortable bed and pillow

Worth every penny spent. They are thoughtful enough to have both hard and soft pillows. Strong water pressure. Clean and smell good ! Location is superb as outside the hotel there is a metro station less than 50m. Also walking distance to Guan Qian Street with many choice of food. Functional smart tv and with Bluetooth speaker. Everything is just so perfect and I highly recommend to everyone to stay here. The hotel staff are polite and friendly and often go the extra miles to assist you in any way they can including ordering Mei Tuan. You pay for 4 star price and you get 6 stars service. Also there is a free self laundry service. Hotel well maintained.

Hotel is relatively new and absolutely love the room. Downside to it was the staff gave me a room which was on the other wing. Had to climb up and down a flight of steps to get to the main elevator. The steps were not luggage friendly at all. Had to make two trips up and down the steps to carry my heavy luggages. 15mins walk to guanqian street for shopping and food. There’s also lots of restaurants around the hotel. Train station is also just beside the hotel. Down side: there’s no proper drop off/pick up area. Also, the hotel lost one of my delivery packages. I hope they will have a better process on receiving/delivering delivery packages moving forward. Since it’s nearby the famous attractions, be prepared to wait in the jam as the roads are only two way streets. Taking the train is your best alternative.

Loved this hotel! The service was absolutely amazing, everyone was really friendly and gave us hot tea upon arrival and water when we left. Room was spacious and comfortable, but there was no view. The hotel was also conveniently located right next to the metro station exit and just steps away from GuanQian Street. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is new with big rooms and great service at check in. Location is fantastic with lots of eatery nearby and subway just few steps away. This hotel is great and value for money. The service staff at the breakfast area is quite passive and not helpful when there is insufficient table at the breakfast area. Breakfast is not great too. Will not recommend to pay for the breakfast.

Its a wonderful hotel, everything feel new, the staff was excellent, upgraded the room for me, much appreciated, the room was very big, hygiene top quality, the shower was strong, overall highly recommended if you coming to Wuxi, also forgot to mention lots restaurants to eat next door

Everything was superb, especially the cleanliness and the room is new.

Top room close to metro. Location near to walking street I would stay there again
