温礼 and 丹婷 really took care of me! Exhausted from getting no sleep at my previous hotel, they allowed me to check in just a little early and get a quiet nap before heading to the nearest canals and night festivities. My favorite part of Suzhou so far. The breakfast, though limited options, was done well. The makeup mirror was helpful, and the bathroom soap was my favorite! A little outdated and not spotless, but will definitely stay here again!! It was a bargain for what I got!!

Lovely clean hotel in excellent location right by the pedestrian walking street and about 5m from Line 2 metro. We came from Shanghai took a bullet train to Suzhou railway stn and from there another 2 stops on line 2 to this hotel. Plenty of space in the rooms. Very clean. Laundry on 2nd floor free use.

Great location, great hotel and pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and well layed out. Location is on a pedestrianised road, so be aware that the roads nearby for taxi etc may be busy. Few minutes walk from line 2, very convenient. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and pleasant. Will recommend if your looking for hotel in this area of Suzhou.

The location of this hotel is in a pedestrian Street, so when you get dropped off you will get dropped off in the road and just walk a little bit over to the hotel. It’s a very busy street so there’s many things around in terms of buying food and going out. However, I can get a bit noisy but you don’t really hear a lot of the noise from inside the hotel the only noise is the rooms in ext store. The neighbors that I had were exceptionally noisy and I didn’t really like that but that’s not the hotels fault. It’s easy to order takeout, the hotel will send it to your room with the small robot and also the hotel is very neat and very clean. The staff don’t speak but they are very helpful, so if you can’t speak Chinese I would suggest using a translator. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that it was so busy around the hotel but once again that’s not the hotels fault. The service is the best from the cleaners, they are so nice and so kind and always greet you and are very helpful.

Neat and clean corridors and room. There’s always drinking water readily available at the lobby counter. Check in was also easy and quick.

It was a really great stay and we absolutely enjoyed being there. It’s a bit of a drive from SIP but if you don’t intend on going there then it’s a great place to be to visit the Lingering garden.

It was nice time. Relaxing. Good service.

The room is big, the kids can run around freely, it's very comfortable, the front desk service is very good! The only regret is that I can't get up to eat breakfast, hahaha Suzhou is beautiful, come again next time!

I always stay at Atour when I go out. It is economical and affordable. This Atour Hotel is relatively old. The staff are very good, including the cleaning staff. But the alley behind the hotel is quite noisy in the morning.

Good location, good environment, good hardware and software, and every staff member has a smile on his face. The rooms are comfortable and the drinks are abundant. The restaurant breakfast is very rich and complete. Every staff member is very patient, especially a staff member named Meijing who is very enthusiastic. 👍🏻Although I stayed in this hotel on a business trip, it is not only suitable for me, but also for traveling. The parent-child family is very good and worth recommending👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
