Hotel have airconditioning which is very rare during march un shanghai, heated floors, heated toilets, with balcony, windows cant be open though. Outside the hotel is the famous street on shantang. Very nice place . Breakfast is not ok though , they have complimentary drinks though and the ambiance of the hotel is perfect for photoshoot

Staffs are really friendly to help, specially thanks to Ms. Xu at front desk. Strategic location if you wish to visit Shantang Street, all scenic spots are just nearby walking distance.

An unexpected gem of a hotel, located smack in the middle of a bustling street full of curios, delicious food and sights. Once you step inside, get transported back to ancient China history. The noise from the street disappears into peace and tranquil. Feeling like living in a kungfu movie hotel, with very nice decor and furnishing. Choose the 2 storey, 2 bedroom villa, if in a group. Lots of Instagram backdrop and ancient settings. Service from front desk and Mr Shu (or Xue) is very good. Great place for older folks or nostalgic guests. Wanting to soak in the ancient days of living.

Hotel design is stunning and service is perfect. Great location as it is in tourist spot of Suzhou. Highly recommend to have a try!

Excellent experience to stay in this hotel… compare to the city hotel, this hotel got the suzhou cultural feeling and their staffs are very friendly and polite… i will come and stay again if i coming to Suzhou again… the location also beat for vacation altot u need to walk thru busy streets and car cannot enter but it is still very convenient and not very far for walking.

I have stayed here many times. It is a scenic hotel with Suzhou characteristics. The room supplies are clean and meticulous. The various refreshments and suppers provided are also very Suzhou local characteristics. The hotel's catering level is quite online, and the set meal is also quite cost-effective.

The hotel is located on the Shantang Street Pedestrian Street, which is quiet in a bustling city. The environment is very good, with greenery everywhere and quaint scenery. It is very close to Metro Line 2. The first thing you see when you enter the hotel is the fragrance of books. The front desk clerk enthusiastically helped us check in, and a waiter took us to the room. When you enter the room, you feel very satisfied with the layout. There is a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony. The TV in the living room is very large. The brand of bath products is very good. Afternoon tea is also provided. The night view of the cruise ship is beautiful at night. I would like to especially mention Master Yang who sent us to the cruise ship entrance. He was very enthusiastic and the breakfast was rich. In short, Suzhou Shantang Shuxiang Mansion, I will come again next time!

A friend who came from another place recommended this hotel. The environment is very good. It looks like a Su-style garden, all villa-style. The hotel is in the scenic area and has a good location. We arrived in the afternoon. I went to Shantang Street with my friends and chose Shuxiang Mansion Hotel. I will choose Shuxiang every time I go out. I have great trust in this brand. No matter which store of Shuxiang Group I go to, the service staff are very enthusiastic and the hygiene is very clean. The most important thing is that the scenery is beautiful. Each store has a different style. The Shantang Su-style garden style is very beautiful. The breakfast selection is also very good, very nice, and highly recommended.

I came to Suzhou with my friends on the weekend and specially experienced the Shuxiang Mansion Hotel on Shantang Street. The overall feeling was quite good, and the butler's service was also very thoughtful. On the recommendation of the butler, we also had dinner in the hotel. The dishes were very good.
