One bedroom and one living room, on a very high floor. You can see the city view, but not the lake view.
The facilities in the house must be old and not that new. For example, the pots and kettles in the kitchen are a little bit different.
The toilet hygiene is okay and the toilet is large.
It takes a while to cool down after turning on the air conditioner. The air conditioner is a bit loud and blows directly on people, which is not good.

首先，酒店位置絕佳，就坐落在月光碼頭，出門幾步就有多個特色餐廳，有日式、土耳其、印度、蘇州菜等，環境絕佳。酒店隔一排房子就是金雞湖畔走道了，非常適合晚上溜達溜達。
房間很有特色，歐式風格，整體空間較大，特別是衞生間空間大，給人感覺會比較放鬆。我對噪音敏感，這家酒店隔音效果非常好（當然目前3月份也是淡季、不知道旺季的話會不會有影響）。床品舒適。
前台幾個小姐姐都非常和善，我是臨時決定帶小娃一起，前台很爽快幫我從原來訂的雙床換了大床，幫忙延遲到下午2點退房（這樣正好讓娃能睡個午覺）、還給娃送了小點心，娃住得很開心。
要説唯一能進步的地方，大概就是窗簾可以再嚴實一點，面向碼頭的房間窗簾上側會有點點透光，比如上方可以裝個窗簾頭，遮光效果會更好。
點名表揚一位笑起來眼睛彎彎的前台美女小姐姐，特別温婉，對小朋友很和善很熱情，好像是姓何吧……我被娃打了個岔記不清了對不住…

The room is clean and tidy, the room lady really worked hard! There are many places to eat late at night, and it is a good choice for business trips. It is one of the best Starway hotels I have ever stayed in. Very good hotel, the hotel room is in a superior location, the decoration is beautiful and warm, the room is clean and tidy, there is a free parking lot, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the quality of the staff is good, the shower flow is very strong, the hot water temperature is suitable, and the items in the room are arranged Neatly placed, stylish TV, the hotel is very close to various tourist attractions, convenient to travel, will come again if necessary, the room is large, and the equipment and facilities are very good. The room is very clean and there is no peculiar smell, the bed sheets are clean and new, the shower is very comfortable, the WFI is fast, and the download of relatively large files will be fine soon, praise. We enjoyed our stay with Atour hotel at jinjihu. Though hotel may looked small as compare to the neighboring J building. As a easy landmark to taxi driver. Inside hotel decor feels like a home library aka muji style. Though I wish room could be colder during this hot summer. Breakfast variety is good too. Overall would recommend as the room is spacious, clean and housekeeping is efficient!

Family couples can go on business trips. There are a lot of things to eat downstairs. The supper is also very rich. You don’t need to go to the subway for 500 meters. I chose to live here to check in Book City, Jinji Lake, and the Gate of the East. These places are very close, the subway station is just a few stops, the hotel’s breakfast is very rich, There is a laundry room and drying, there is a family convenience store downstairs, I also went to Jinji Lake to run and punch in, and it was only1.5 kilometers away from the Moonlight Pier. It was on the road around the island. In short, the stay was very pleasant, and the air conditioner was cold enough.

This trip was with my grandmother and parents, 4 people traveling, and my puppy. Hotel-style apartment, the whole is very clean, the room is large, basically all the facilities inside can be used, the family feels good. From the bed in the room, you can see the East Gate and Jinji Lake. Downstairs is Jiuguang. Traveling is still very convenient!

It's my first time living in an apartment. It's much better than I expected. The view from the living room is pretty good. It's very comfortable to sit in the cradle and enjoy the view in the morning. The apartment has all the necessary facilities. The supporting facilities downstairs are also very complete. There are shopping malls just a few steps away. Most TV platforms also have memberships. It's also very quiet at night.
Except that it was a little messy when I first checked in compared to the hotel, everything else was very good.

Check-in was efficient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Moreover, we had a good selection of English language television channels to watch. Access to public transport is easy, as the subway station is very close, and there are share bicycles in the vicinity. My only complaint about the hotel was the duvet. Despite the air conditioning, it felt too hot with the duvet on. Staff should have put on summer duvets. Over all, however, we had a very good experience and recommend the Hilton.

GGuest UserThe new hotel is close to Vientiane Plaza, just across the road. The parking is very convenient. There is a ground and a ba*****t. The sanitation of the guest rooms is very good. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good, and they will deal with the needs of the guests in a timely manner. Takeaway It was delivered by a robot, it was a great experience, and I will choose this hotel in the future

I hope we can inform you earlier next time so that guests can have more choices.
After arriving at the hotel, the lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded the room type for free. Later, the housekeeper lady would also care and remind me from time to time.
It slightly makes up for the regret of not being able to swim.
The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Tongli. No tickets are required in Tongli after 17:00, but there are no shops open after 17:00. It takes about 30 minutes by car to Suzhou city
The hotel environment is quite good. The indoor and outdoor amusement park in the second phase is free. The ones in the resort are outsourced and charge a fee. There is table tennis but only one table. There is a fee for billiards but there is only one table.
The hotel has small animals for feeding, including white geese, squirrels, chickens, pigeons, ducks, and dogs.

RRobsterNot knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find.
On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests.
The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it!
The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available.
Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere.
On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si.
At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic.

In the evening, you can go to Pingjiang Road to eat snacks and watch the night view. If the road conditions are extremely congested, make travel plans in advance. The hotel gave me a small gift when I checked in🎁The bed was very comfortable and there was coffee and tea in the front lobby. 2 bottles of mineral water were given as a gift when checking out, thank you to the beautiful woman at the front desk🌹

GGuest UserLocated opposite Tongli Ancient Town, close to Tongli Lake, the environment is beautiful and the history is profound. There are also activities for children to pass the time in the hotel. The main thing is that the waiters are very pleasant. A very good leisure parent-child hotel. Every waiter I met was very good, such as Wang Chuang and Xiao Hou. I felt that the guests were the most important. It is highly recommended for a two-day and one-night stay near Shanghai.

GGuest UserThere were a few ants in the first room we booked, but after a few screams and a phonecall we were quickly moved to another ant-free room. The staff were so helpful, kind and willing to communicate in English to the best of their ability. They made plenty of gestures with bowls of fruit, fragrant sacks and even a personal delivery of the food menu when we couldn't find the English menu on the TV. GGuest UserOverall, I am quite satisfied with the service. The young man received us throughout the whole process with a good attitude and awareness. The family saw us and upgraded our room for free. It is worth praising. The style is quite unique. The serviced apar**ent is modern and simple. The security is very high. You need to swipe your card. 24-hour security. The location is excellent. There are shopping malls behind the Jinji Lake Scenic Area. The transportation is very convenient. The hygiene is also very clean. The bed is very comfortable. I will bring my family to play and stay here next time.

Qqueen_kooIf you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me.
1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants.
2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind!
3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed.
There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!!
Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists.
I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them.
Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

GGuest UserReally beautiful place. It looks to be brand new - maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but it certainly looks new. The room (a suite) was very spacious, very clean. Just a very beautiful place that fit well with the surroundings. The whole building was impeccably clean.
I rated the service 5/5 because the owners were very nice, and largely left us alone. The family was processing tea and were quite busy - check-in was extremely quick, check-out too. I'm not looking for hospitality, so being left alone suited us fine - this isn't a criticism at all! The rooms don't really come with much extra (tea, coffee etc.), just a couple of bottles of water, so best to know that before you book if you usually expect this, but we didn't so we were fine with it.
You can buy really good tea from them (maybe we timed it well as we arrived at the peak tea-picking time). The owners were very kind and let us try some, and it's really good tea - we ended up buying some.
Food was pretty good, but again they were quite busy and have specific times that food is available, and no menu, so best to check ahead with them (again, really taking into account that they were super busy processing tea when we were there). Absolutely not a problem as there are so many great restaurants around too.
TV in the room had VOD but without VIP, so if you're looking to watch movies or anything best to bring your own (including HDMI cable as our TV didn't have one).
Location excellent. Space for maybe 4 cars to park, right next to a small hill, very close to the pick-up point for the sightseeing bus to take you up to Xishan, and surrounded by lots of restaurants, B+Bs etc. so if you like coffee, there's a shop just down the road. Very beautiful surroundings - you will be shocked that you're so close to Suzhou as there's absolutely no evidence that you're anywhere near a city!
All in all, really enjoyable. Amazing price for a suite (around Y500 per night) and one of the better homestay-style places we've stayed in. Highly recommended.
