The hotel is situated very near the Chayuanchang Metro and the walking street. It's not far to the places of interest by train or bus. There are lots of shops and eateries around the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, except the room window cannot be opened out for fresh air. There was a small fan in the room to circulate the air. Breakfast spread was good and some of the dishes on the menu changes every day.

The room was very clean. There were activities during the National Day. I was so tired. I had a good sleep. It was very close to the attractions. The service was also very good. A modern and clean hotel! It was about a 5-min walk away from Lindun Rd station and located very near to Guanqian shopping street! Also a 20-plus minute walk away to the Humble Administrator's Garden. The room itself was clean and spacious. Although the hotel was undergoing renovation, it did not bother me as I was out and about for most of the day anyway. It was also nice to enjoy the chinese tea they provided in the room :) all amenities I required (e.g. shampoo, hairdryer etc) was also provided. All in all, a good stay and I will definitely consider staying again if I visit Suzhou in future.

The location is good. I happened to encounter construction when I went there. The store owner was very patient in answering questions and giving instructions.

Xingle Hotel is near Lindun Lu Line 1 Metro Station which has a connecting line with Line 6. It is very convenient to stay here since it is very near shopping centers,convenience stores, tourist places and embedded in a sea of food stalls and restaurants. As for us who have business to attend to in Suzhou Expo Center, it is one train ride away approximately 10-15 mins including walks. The room is so neat and the bathroom has an electronic toilet with complementary soap,shampoo,brush, toothpaste, towels,etc. They even have complimentary bread upon check in. And, what I really love is they are cleaning the room everyday and changing towels! Free water and tea were also given as complimentary. The staff is very hospitable. They even connected me to their wechat so if there's any question, you can just message them. They are very polite as well. The hotel and the vicinity or neighborhood is well secured. You can really find the hotel so fast since its location is strategically placed in the corner of commercial streets. They also have a bakery downstairs which is a must try! Their breads are superb and also their beverages. Definiteltly will book this hotel again and recommend to every single travelers!

The location is very good, you can get around with the bus or walk around to the town. The staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you to the Assistant Manager Ms Sima for helping me and assisting me throughout my stay at the hotel. I could also leave my luggage free of cost for 24h after check out and pick it up later. I really liked the staff but the room I got was smelly at first but Ms Sima changed it for me and was very helpful.
