Because I stayed at the All Seasons Hotel in Shanghai, I chose the All Seasons Hotel again when I came to Suzhou. When I checked in, the front desk clerk took the initiative to upgrade our room and gave us a free breakfast. The hotel has a good sanitation environment and complete facilities. My family is quite satisfied. I will continue to choose the All Seasons Hotel next time I travel.

Next to Suzhou North Railway Station and subway, far from the center. The hotel is new renovated and the room was big and clean. The staff is not so helpful and the breakfast is only with chinese food. At our arrival at 11pm, at 100 mt. from the hotel, a man that seems the owner of the mini market at the corner, ask to see the reservation of the hotel and to follow him. He brought us to the 10th floor behind the Hotel (same Building) and show us a dirty basic room. Bad situation because he was speaking only chinese. He called a lady that was speaking a bad english and we left him. Finaly we found the entrance of the hotel, situated at the 2nd floor. Maybe is my impression, but the lady at the reception was unfriendly like she knows what happened.

The location is very good. It is very close to the high-speed rail station. It is very convenient to catch the high-speed rail in the morning. Because I have to catch the high-speed train early in the morning, the store provided a free breakfast and specially arranged a room facing the guest's favorite, thank you! The breakfast is delicious and rich, and the fried lotus root box is delicious. The drinks and hanging ear coffee provided in the room ☕️ are good. The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. Atour's cordial and pragmatic service in Suzhou is impressive. After experiencing Chengdu Atour's poor and fake service and exaggerated prices, I no longer want to live in Atour. Unexpectedly, the impression changed in Suzhou. It seems that as long as Atour finds its own positioning and makes the express hotel as real as Suzhou, don't always think about using the service of the express hotel to insist on the price of a five-star hotel, and you can still live in it. The next time I take the high-speed rail in Suzhou, Atour, Suzhou North Railway Station is the first choice.

Later, they didn’t answer the phone directly. Can’t they answer it and tell me the progress? It was past one in the middle of the night. I was anxious. The cleaning lady and the repairman were waiting for the result with the guests in the room. Finally, they called back and asked someone to help move the luggage and send a doll. As a result, they turned around and left after giving the room card! It’s not necessary. It feels very bad to mention it actively but not do it. The service is very average! ! ! ! ! In general, the environment is OK, the bathroom is poor, and the training of some employees is even worse and lazy.
