Hotel location is really convenient, convenient transportation, taxi is very convenient! Every staff member I met was very enthusiastic, especially the front desk service of Bajo, and I have lived here several times. The overall room is clean and tidy, hot water temperature. There are two elevators that are also very convenient, and the lobby is spacious and elegant. The breakfast tastes delicious and there are many types of breakfast! The facilities are very complete, there is a free gym laundry room on the second floor, the details are full, and I will choose Atour next time.

首先説明一下這是一篇沒有任何水分的點評，完全發自內心的推薦，任何一個來蘇州的姐妹錯過我都會替你們遺憾！煙花三月下揚州，秋風十月遊蘇州，偶然間搜到了這家電影主題的酒店。以前我對各種各樣花裏胡哨廉價風滿滿的主題酒店都充滿了排斥，內心沒有報多大期望，衹是由於看到酒店是今年十月剛開業的，而且房價也河北便宜，本着酒店住新不住舊的原則來試一下，結果真的超出期待太多了！蘇州北站的時候已經晚上十點多很晚了，打了個車十幾分鍾就抵達了酒店。第一印象酒店門頭設計很不錯，還沒到門口就有小哥哥上來幫忙接行李，細節好評！河景周邊的燈都亮了，還有一個類似倫敦橋的大橋顯得格外氣派。進門之後被驚到了，這簡直就是一個小型的電影小鎮嘛！門口有大投影，裏面有很多電影大海報，真的太有感覺了！再往裡麪走竟然有換裝間，入住的客人可以來免費換裝拍照🎥比外面景區租賃服裝划算多了，整個酒店隨處都是一處打卡點！心裏暗暗盤算着這裝修可是花了重金吧！這個價格可真的是賺到了！我們入住的是一個電影大床房，大熒幕看電影就是爽，旁邊還有兩個重低音喇叭，聲效拉滿！如果非要説美中不足的就是房間沒有窗户，可能是為了營造一個氛圍效果吧！屋裡的各種小擺件真的是精緻，這種佈景連男生看到都會想瘋狂拍照的，太適合喜歡打卡拍照的姐妹一起去了～聽店員小姐姐説雙床房衹有四間哦喜歡的話一定得提前定！值得一提的是他們家還有兩個特色大樓梯，燈光打開拍照就是大片啊！白天的時候還參觀了一下旁邊的展館，喜歡拍照的姐妹可以空出來半天時間去裏面換裝拍照。他們家的服務真的是很好，每個工作人員看得出都是發自內心的真心和敬業，給你們點贊～拍的照片太多了這二十張完全不夠我放出來的。最後，沒有一個活人能夠不拍照走出這家酒店🤭😂

The hotel has a great sense of design and is backed by an internet celebrity bookstore, so I made a reservation to experience it. It exceeded expectations and was a bit surprising. The room is large and has a simple style that I like. The bathroom is also very large and has sufficient water pressure, which is very comfortable. In the afternoon, I read books and drank coffee in the Internet celebrity bookstore downstairs. It was so relaxing! It's very close to the shopping mall and within walking distance. It's convenient for eating and shopping!

Spacious hotel room, spacious bathroom with not a smart seated toilet. But the hotel provides two free breakfasts. Thank you 👍🏼. The breakfast has various local and western selections. It is very easy to find food. Just next to hotel, there is nice and friendly Chinese restaurant 老阿爸 Lao A Ba and always crowded. KFC and Lawson's convenient store just footsteps away. And also 鑫震源 Xin Zhen Yuan next to KFC also a good choice for meals.

I have spent 11 nights in the hotel. Originally I thought to spent 5 nights in this hotel then move to a nearly one for the rest of the stay. Because this one is conveniently located and the room is clean so I decided to stay the entire trip in this hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive to my needs. The front desk attendant, Miss Wu Wengfei, gave me her wechat contact info and told me ii spent 11 nights in this hotel. Liked the location and the cleanest of the room. It's so weird to check in at lvl 20. lvl 1 under reno and its so dusty. Have to wheel down a super steep 3 steps stairs before getting to lift and need to take lift to lvl 20 for check in. staff did not inform there is two lifts. one lift can directly reach hotel and no need to go back to lobby to access. great that there is washing machine. great that theres alot of power point and usb/typec point i didnt even need to plug my multiplug. cons: No aircon and the air was warm when we turn on the airconditioning. open the window for colder air to come in room. did not like that the toilet lights made the ppl inside visible to see from outside. worse is that if you are in the toilet, if you are at the shower next you can see the person sitting as the light shines the make it visible. bad design.

GGuest UserThis quaint B&B is amazing! Its architectural style is very unique and full of historical traces, making people feel as if they have traveled back to ancient times. Everything in the room is so exquisite, from furniture to decoration, it gives people a strong sense of simplicity. In addition, the service of the B&B is also very thoughtful, and the staff are very warm and friendly, making people feel at home. Staying here for a night is really unforgettable. I highly recommend this B&B, and I believe that everyone who comes here will leave with good memories.

GGarfieldjingThe night before check-in, I suddenly received news that the hotel swimming pool could not be used, which made the trip a little unhappy. I hope we can inform you earlier next time so that guests can have more choices. After arriving at the hotel, the lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded the room type for free. Later, the housekeeper lady would also care and remind me from time to time. It slightly makes up for the regret of not being able to swim. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Tongli. No tickets are required in Tongli after 17:00, but there are no shops open after 17:00. It takes about 30 minutes by car to Suzhou city The hotel environment is quite good. The indoor and outdoor amusement park in the second phase is free. The ones in the resort are outsourced and charge a fee. There is table tennis but only one table. There is a fee for billiards but there is only one table. The hotel has small animals for feeding, including white geese, squirrels, chickens, pigeons, ducks, and dogs.

RRobsterNot knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find. On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests. The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it! The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available. Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere. On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si. At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

In the evening, you can go to Pingjiang Road to eat snacks and watch the night view. If the road conditions are extremely congested, make travel plans in advance. The hotel gave me a small gift when I checked in🎁The bed was very comfortable and there was coffee and tea in the front lobby. 2 bottles of mineral water were given as a gift when checking out, thank you to the beautiful woman at the front desk🌹

YYTZ23We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

GGuest UserThere were a few ants in the first room we booked, but after a few screams and a phonecall we were quickly moved to another ant-free room. The staff were so helpful, kind and willing to communicate in English to the best of their ability. They made plenty of gestures with bowls of fruit, fragrant sacks and even a personal delivery of the food menu when we couldn't find the English menu on the TV. Their frequent arrivals had us jumping in our robes to grab the door every so often, but each time we were grateful to receive such thoughtful snacks and smells. Lovely place. Would visit again.

GGuest UserOverall, I am quite satisfied with the service. The young man received us throughout the whole process with a good attitude and awareness. The family saw us and upgraded our room for free. It is worth praising. The style is quite unique. The serviced apar**ent is modern and simple. The security is very high. You need to swipe your card. 24-hour security. The location is excellent. There are shopping malls behind the Jinji Lake Scenic Area. The transportation is very convenient. The hygiene is also very clean. The bed is very comfortable. I will bring my family to play and stay here next time.

Qqueen_kooIf you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me. 1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants. 2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind! 3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed. There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!! Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists. I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them. Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

Sseven_47The room is very spacious, the environment is very good, the simple decoration style, it feels clean and comfortable, the setting is fully equipped, the boss service is good, there is a parking lot, there is a charging pile nearby, breakfast is basic but the taste is not bad. The warm weather in this courtyard must be a good place for leisure, recommended!
