The hotel was great staff and service was top notch. The only thing that was not well equipped was the fitness/gym area. Would be good to expand it a little bit and add more equipment for people travelling. Or have a deal with local club for passes while people stay there.

Quarto grande, confortável. Banheiro um pouco antigo, mas sem problemas. Pessoal da recepção bastante cooperativo. Boa localização. Silencioso. Café da manhã um pouco fraco na qualidade e variedade.

Bem localizado, boa estrutura e bom atendimento.
O Hotel fica muito bem localizado, tem bom espaço no quarto, mas a limpeza precisa melhorar, assim como a modernização da decoração e dos móveis. Somos alérgicos e nossa renite não deu trégua nos dias que ficamos hospedados.

Poderia ser melhor...
O Hotel é bem localizado, os quartos são espaçosos mas o banheiro deixa a desejar...a água do chuveiro cai para fora da banheira e também sai pelo ralo do banheiro. As toalhas de banho também são bem simples e um pouco ásperas. Precisa de uma manutenção ou reforma nos banheiros. Café da manhã bom, sem variedades.

Péssimo custo beneficio.
Apesar de toda equipe ser bastante atenciosa, e a localização excelente,
as condições do hotel não condizem com as 4 estrelas. Toalhas puídas e esgarçadas, portas do banheiro emperradas, wi-fi péssimo (sinal quase inexistente no quarto e velocidade muito baixa em qualquer ponto do hotel), sem contar o café da manhã muito fraco (ex. manteigas são entregues se vc pedir, pois ficam escondidas num frigobar com a atendente).

Great hotel facing a beautiful plaza
Great stay in a room overlooking Plaza Italia in Mendoza. Roomy bathroom. Excellent full breakfast including all kinds of fresh fruit. Front desk staff went above and beyond to help us with an issue changing a flight. Highly recommend.
