The actual stay was at the Mantra on Kent due to the Breakfree on Clarence being closed . I have stayed at this hotel before , It was a pleasure to return . The hotel commands an enviable position in the CBD , close to everything, the rooms are large and very comfortable , the brand new iron was a treat to use. I personally think that it's the staff that "make or break" a stay at any hotel , regardless of "Stars" . My experience started with a true Professional , Mr S Gupta from the Mantra at Parramatta , whom took control of my 3 x 2 night stays after the Breakfree on Clarence was closed and then made new bookings for me at the Mantra on Kent . I spoke to this gentleman personally on his private phone and I must add that it was on his own time , out of working hours , and he assured me that he would take care of everything and for me not to worry. To Mr S Gupta , Thankyou ! a true Professional & a gentleman ! . I must mention some of the exceptional staff at the Mantra on Kent all of them made me feel very welcome an valued , they truly are the "shining Stars " of this Hotel , Jerome - night Auditor , Eufemia Macri - Front Office Manager , Stella Marie Ong - Assistant Manager and all the other reception staff , Thanking all you for a very pleasant stay indeed !!
