Good hotel. Value for money is okay. Staffs were accommodating and the venue is in the city. Will choose the hotel again if ever we decide to go back again.

Stayed 3 nights lovely bed ,clean room good tv programes Breakfast was good help yourself but tea coffee water orange also eggs etc had to ask for and was a bit of a pain Clare on reception was spot on helpful and talkative local girl good knowledge

The service and food was good. But we had to transfer to another room because we were told that what we booked online was not the same room category. But overall it was a good experience.

me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights as we were there so i could travel 2 hours from the city to meet her parents. long story short its a nice hotel it was a little dirty but that can be explained away simply by the work that was being done to the hotel. the room was cozy the only down side is not the best hotel for views as its only got i think 5 floors. i would stay there again if i was visiting. the staff also were professional and kind.

Exceptional Food, and Exceptional service !!! Stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed every moment of it. The breakfast buffet and dinner in the leaf lounge was consistently delicious as was their service. Stayed in all their rooms from standard, to renovated, to presidential suite. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have an aesthetically pleasing modern chic design to them. In my opinion this is the best hotel in town … period ! Kiara, Claire, Angelica, Joshua and the rest of the breakfast crew … THANK You for making me feel at home. You guys rock !!

We have stayed at the Ironwood Hotel many times, and it is always a very good experience. This time we want to say a big THANKS to KIARA TAGALOG. She went way beyond the call of duty to help us search out possibilities for flights, and also to get refunds for air flights that were wrongly processed. We cannot say enough about what this help meant to us. I am 86 and recovering from a very extensive back surgery. Kiara was very sympathetic and caring. All of the staff are very helpful. We love the Ironwood Hotel!

We arrived at the front desk and the lady on duty bluntly and immediately told us that we booked a room without windows. I had to remind her that it was not clear on their website as it only referred to “without city view”. She insisted that the photos were without windows as well and explained that we needed to pay for an upgrade for our preferred room with windows. We did not mind the upgrade fee but sometimes it’s not what you say, but how you say things that can make a lot of difference. I hope she can do better customer service next time.

Azing front desk experience from checking to checkout. Absolutely amazing and clean roo.s with mini bar. The restaurants were both amazing with breakfast buffet in morning and leaf lounge upstairs surely to satisfy any cravings. Beds were comfy and pillows were good Tons of amenities in King room.

Great hotel in a convenient location in Tacloban. Cute bakery at the front and great restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortanle. Staff goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, especially Ruth at the front desk.

I had a very wonderful experience. The rooms I have occupied were amazing. They have remarkable staff who were great at delivering fantastic customer experience, specially Ruth. There were enough choices for the complimentary breakfast and they were all delicious!
