服務非常好，因到達的晚，提前打電話諮詢酒店各種旅遊事宜，客服部小牛很耐心細緻的回答了各種出遊問題，非常感謝！到店後贈送了一盒水果，進屋看到服務員小蔣的留言，看到提前煮好的熱水，和小牛幫準備的小童拖鞋和登山杖，感覺非常貼心和温暖。

我們是早上七點多的綠皮火車到的泰山站，本來最初計劃是八點多先到酒店寄存行李，再去爬泰山的，因為時間太早了，感覺有房間辦理入住確實有點困難，沒想到到酒店跟前台溝通後，前台主動幫我們升級了房型並幫我們立即辦理了入住，本來已經做好一點後入住的準備了，真的是太驚喜了，必須點評表揚一下。
酒店環境優雅，房間也挺大的，設施有點老了，但是距離天外村很近，還可以看到前景，物有所值，非常棒的一次體驗。
再次感謝前台的宋小姐，幫我提前辦理了入住，使得我們的泰山之行，提升了一個質的體驗。

前台非常貼心，服務周到，尤其是帶着孩子，特別給孩子準備了洗漱用品。
