這個民宿的服務超熱情，我們爬山有不懂的地方會一一給我們指點解釋，房間温馨寬敞，前台管家也很有耐心，房間價格也配的上挺有性價比，非常具有煙火氣的民宿酒店，公共區域綠植特別多環境也超讚，房間內設施也很齊全，很有特色的原木風格，前台更是有雞尾酒跟咖啡下山喝杯雞尾很快就入眠了第二天一杯咖啡感覺又活過來了這個配套真的很贊，寵物友好酒店在我們上山期間還可以幫我們照顧孩子，非常不錯的體驗下次還來

帶着家人開車到泰山來了，紅門附近一圈民宿挨家去看了，最終選擇這家，雖然是17年開業的，但真的讓我很驚喜，居然維護的這麼好，由此可見店家真的很用心、點贊！房間裏一點都看不出像一家老店，房間和圖片描述的一樣。乾淨，整潔，安靜，孩子長者非常喜歡。整個院子真的超大（感覺差不多得有十畝地），説心裡話，這家店的服務算是我這麼多年住酒店民宿最好的了，絕對是是上帝般的體驗，不衹是登山事宜，就連在泰安的各種雜事管家小哥哥小姐姐們都給熱心幫忙，來泰山住這裏比住酒店好多了，這裏步行到紅門不到10分鐘，走路上山特別方便，而且還有雞尾酒和咖啡，漢服體驗去竹林拍照，院子裏感覺像是偏徽派的中式建築，特別出片，強烈推薦！推薦！推薦！絕對算的上是精品民宿！

1、有“嘿店”的潛力:十一期間定了一件778元的房間，到了之後發現房間又小又陰暗，而且屋裡有非常大的廁所下水道味道，果斷提出換房，店家引導説衹有更高價的房型，因為當天空着的房間比較多（這個酒店生意不好，所以可能才有後續故事），進了升級的房間也不是太滿意，但是想着算了繼續住吧，就加了店家微信發了130元紅包（總房價908元），剛進入房間打開箱子，家裡長者來電話説家裡有急事，需要返回家裡，房間我們衹是進去了但並沒有使用，我先在攜程旅行APP上先選擇取消定單，並給攜程客户打了電話，攜程客户説衹要店家同意取消定單就可以，我愛人與酒店人員（男士）溝通了這個情況，酒店人員説衹要攜程同意即可，所以我又給攜程客服打了電話，給店家説了一下，店家説好的，我將鑰匙退還並直接離開了酒店；離開酒店後的路上，催了店家一次確認取消，店家一直找藉口忙或者有事不處理，接下來店家把責任推在攜程身上，都説對方不同意取消定單不給退還費用；最後停下車用兩個手機同時撥打攜程和酒店微信電話，才弄明白，原來是店家不同意退款，這就是你做為山東人、泰山人的品質？出爾反爾！不講誠信！
我跟店家的微信所有溝通記錄截圖請見附件圖片，沒有任何刪減。（找店家要回了升房的130元紅包）
2、這個酒店強烈不建議大家入住，院裏雜亂無章，房間設施陳舊，衞生質量較差，我進的兩個房間都有較大的廁所下水道味道，所有房間都比較小，對不起它的價格，更對不起“好客山東”的誠信品質！
3、這麼多年商旅出差、家庭出遊，我住過的酒店太多了，這是第二次給予酒店差評，而且是最噁心人的感受。錢不重要，我寧可不要了，也要把酒店的嘴臉和現實情況呈現給大家。

早餐很好吃，房間也有個性這個民宿的小哥哥小姐姐很好説話，拿鐵好喝，帶寵物後面有一個大草坪可以來玩耍！！

房間有自己的特色，在泰山腳下，離紅門景區近，氛圍感滿分。
衹是上一個客人的煙頭沒有打掃乾淨，煙味重。
