The service is ok! The room is clean and not too detailed, but there is no microwave and the laundry room needs to be found elsewhere, but the lobby is so beautiful!

Cannot recharge! Cannot recharge! The socket is loose and the plug will fall out! No one reacts to you? As a result, my mobile phone, tablet and power bank have to be left in a public area all night to charge, and I am afraid that they will be lost if they are not taken care of! The gray panel socket in the public area is also broken! Facilities that should be checked regularly, and equipment that is not useful should be replaced immediately, leaving people who rely heavily on power when traveling at a loss. Although there is a USB jack, how can I charge my mobile phone with type C cable on both ends? I had to spend the whole night in the public area busy charging Gu 3C!

The guest room phone is broken and cannot make calls. There are cracks in the ceiling. I'm fine with all these things, but the drainage of my sink and bathroom is really, really bad. Even when I wash my hands, the water will flood, and it takes 5-10 minutes to subside. So I didn’t use these facilities either. I was too tired to ask them to handle it. It’s faster to just spit the toothbrushing water into the toilet and flush it away. The bed is average and the pillows are on the high side. Other than that I'm perfectly fine with it.
