Efficient self checkin. Clean and cozy. Great location. Breakfast was awesome. Would go back again.

Comfortable bed. Everything is clean. Good experience overall. Hotel breakfast is nice.

Very big room and washroom. No frills hotel but it is new and clean. I would have given the hotel an excellent had I not noticed that there are blood stains on one of my bed sheets and it wasn't changed for the second night that I'm there. Breakfast provided was decent although there hasn't been much choices. Walking distance to Yi Chung night market.

Initially we were offered a room without a window. Good job to the hotel receptionist. Upon hearing our feedback, they offered to change to another room with a window though the view was not great but the service was still top notch. Be wary though the offers in the website does not guarantee you a window view. The staff also offered assistance whenever we asked. Good eating spots, 24 hr laundromat nearby and water when they see us.

Check-in was contactless - all via a kiosk even dispensing your key cards, it was a breeze. I think the hotel used to be called moving star hotel as I saw their bath towel had the name imprinted. Google maps location / bus stop name was also moving star hotel. Nonetheless a good stay. Room nice and decent. The wash basin is separate from the toilet/shower area. 👍🏼

Was staying here during the recent serious earthquake. The building shook, but everything appeared calm. Automated check-inn is a cool concept but staff were still on hand to help out. Breakfast was simple, but fine and the location in relation to Taichung Station and Yizhong night market, Miyahara ice cream, Taichung Park and a vietnamese area makes it a really convenient location. Super big room true. Id stay here again.

Friendly receptionist welcome us to the hotel and the check in were quick. Pillow could be better as it was too soft. Nearby the hotel has a big park and down the road has a night market. Overall recommended

The lady at the lobby counter has very good service and is patient in assisting with check-in! It is within a 10-minute walk from the train station and only 3 minutes from the bus stop. It is very convenient to go anywhere! If I go to Taichung next time, I will consider staying here again!
