This thing I will put in a rating when the employee comes down and gives you the bathroom towel because it has a stain on it and she puts it in front of the male people and talks to me about the stain. There is no respect for privacy when she takes the towel and doesn't have to talk about what she wants and gives me the towel and makes me wait for an hour when I have a plane appointment and I am late because you do not know the price of the towel and you talk about a stain and you are not able to wash it and you send me the towel for 125. A thousand people used it before me. I put a picture of the towel. No, in the end, she gave me towels without a bag. I could take them, where in God's name are you, unless I asked for a bag. Honestly, zero respect for the guest and the worst service I have ever seen. Even the TV doesn't turn on 4 times. I call them and it's the same day after four hours
