Hotels Near Old Tainan Minister Residence in Tainan

The hotel is super near the train station, making it of high accessibility. Meanwhile, the staff are very helpful and polite. Room is spacious and will be cleaned every day. Wonderful experience here. The shower facility is also good. The breakfast at the hotel is very fruitful too. It provides various food including Chinese, *********, Japanese, Thai and western food. In general, it’s an extraordinary experience and would be put on my list for another stay again.

I just arrived in Tainan from Kaohsiung, and the hotel is located ten minutes away from Tainan Train Station. It's a bit hard to find the hotel at the entrance, but once you enter, the lobby is large and there are many sofa seats for travelers to rest. The check-in time for the room was 3:30 pm. Since we arrived too early, we left our luggage and went around to look for delicious food. This side of Tainan is relatively old, but there are many snack shops nearby, including authentic Tainan meatballs, breakfast restaurants, sushi restaurants, fruit shops, etc. We walked around for a long time before returning to the hotel room and found that the room was more than twice the size of the one in Kaohsiung. We were very surprised. The room we booked was a room with two double beds. In addition to the dining table and sofa area, there was a lot of activity and storage space. The bathroom is also larger than the average hotel, but it only has a standing shower area. The hotel staff are polite and the room overall feels clean. It would be better if toiletries could be provided and the sound insulation problem could be improved (there happened to be noisy children in the next room)

Hotel facilities: The room is quite small, as is the toilet (if you have a wider body, you may feel crowded🤣), although it is small, it is well-equipped and very comfortable🥰They provide instant noodles for just the right number of people (it will be replenished if you stay for two days) Instant noodles), cookies (I ate rice crackers), black tea and green tea bags (I didn’t drink this). There are some thoughtful little reminders in the hotel, which makes people feel very considerate. The towel is very clean, I really want to buy it🤣 There’s no full-length mirror, but I brought a small mirror so it didn’t matter! The bed is so comfortable. I fell asleep quickly after lying on it (maybe I was too tired). I like the pillows. Overall they are very comfortable😍 Thank you very much for giving our two little girls a comfortable experience. An older hotel but well-maintained and updated in the heart of old downtown, convenient to public transportation, attractions and restaurants. Room is clean and quiet. Nice free breakfast. professional and courteous staff. Very satisfied.

Good location. Good helpful front desk staff. Buffet are great. Room are very clean. The only small issue is the hotel may not have enough car parking space. First come first served. So need come hotel early if need car parking space.

The men's sauna is very nice. We've tried the swimming pool and gym as well. The facilities are nicely maintained, totally worth the price. Upper level rooms do not have a bathtub, which is the only thing that we think is unfortunate during our stay, oh and the pillow service seems to be very limited, we started our night on Friday, but it was already rented out.

The hotel is on a bus route between the Tainan Railway Station and Fort Zeelandia. It occupies several floors of a building with plenty of eateries around. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. It serves a ********* breakfast buffet, including traditonal congee and buns, that may not suit the palate of some westerners. Personally,I pefer some western dishes like fried eggs and bacon. The staff is efficient and courteous in answering my enquiries about the public transport. In any event, I will consider staying in this hotel again.

What she was most satisfied with was that the bathroom in the room had a bathtub, so she could soak in it for 30 minutes and was very happy. I really feel from the bottom of my heart that the attitude of the service staff is very good. Different from the catering industry, I am really surprised that the hotel can have such good service (responding to spoken words and helping to press the elevator when passing by). The bed is also very big and comfortable. Recommended to relax!
