Hotels near Gongguan Shopping Area in Taipei

The room was very compact, but the price was reasonable for the location and a solo budget traveler. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I get a chance to go to Taipei by myself and need a place to sleep for a short term, I might go back there again.

It is almost the only hotel near Taipower Building, but it is very good in terms of value for money. It is small but has everything ~ Grandfather Fantasia's first stop in Taiwan. Breakfast is simple.

I completely failed in this garbage hotel, or the room on the side of the main road just close to Keelung Road. The windows are extremely bad. I heard the sound of the locomotive for two days. In fact, the perfect and complete test schedule was completely ruined in this bad hotel (mainly because the sound of the locomotive can’t sleep at all) 5⃣️I had a room before I left. Whether it is the hotel itself or not, it is not recommended for people who need sufficient rest for the exam, especially on the second floor. The room is extremely dangerous. Close to the road is a few rooms on my side. The double room is so small and the locomotive noise is almost all day (there are rooms on the ground floor and the first floor)

The transportation is very convenient. It is directly above the Dingxi MRT Station. It is very convenient to the attractions in Taipei. Especially if you have to take 2 stops to the East Gate, you can visit the Yongkang Street business district. The girlfriend directly calls ”It is tailor-made for her.” The hotel's accommodation environment is very comfortable, We stayed in a big bed room, it felt very warm, the shower in the bathroom was also very spacious, there was no sense of oppression in the general budget hotel. Free coffee is served in the ballroom. It is the kind that is full and can be drunk at any time. This is for me who is a heavy coffee lover. It is definitely a big gospel. There are many stores in the nearby business district, and the living function is very convenient. We highly recommend everyone to live!

Location is superb. The only issue I had was the noise since i got the window bed. I can even listen clearly to the conversation downstairs. Plus the car & motorcycle sound is very loud. Bathroom & toilet is clean. But have to wait for quite some time coz it’s shared with 2 dormitories.

We had a comfortable 5 days stay at Taipei Fullerton hotel. Housekeeping did a marvelous job to keep our room clean & tidy. Location was just 1 min to Da’an LRT station. There are many eating eateries within 1 radius from the hotel. The hotel also provides drinks & snacks at the lobby which appeal to many guests.

The cleanliness of the hotel room is such a disappointment. The bathroom wall grouting & silicon was moldy, and spider webs were in the room. The TV and aircon vent were super dusty. The aircon, even off, was extremely cold. The overall cleanliness is terrible, with noticeable dust accumulating in several areas. It was disappointing and not up to the hygiene standards one would expect from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the cleanliness issues persisted even after the room was supposedly cleaned. The bathroom grouting remained moldy, spider webs lingered, and the attendant neglected to vacuum away the hairs on the floor. The bed has insects, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. This consistent neglect of hygiene standards throughout my stay was disappointing and unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail further emphasized the subpar cleanliness standards, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay.

Good location near Taipei Station but no window in the room so you can't tell is day or night and the toilet is translucent glass so will be problem for friend or colleagues if share room. Toilet don't have shelve to place toiletries and no mirror in the room for dress up.

Always amazed with their anticipate service at reception, manager train its staff very well. The only thing is their departure time set it quite straight, extend 30 mins at 1 price and 1 hour so on etc. Staff present the extension issue also quite blunt. Can modify the staff expression or presention

There are urine stains on the toilet that have not been cleaned up, stains on the sheets, scale in the instant pot, and towels that are too old and yellowish. It is recommended that they be discarded. There are traces of old dirt on the cloth of desks, chairs and chair cushions, which look very dirty. The chairs have strange noises. They really need to be eliminated and replaced with decent chairs. Except for the quality and service of the male and female service staff at the night shift counter on 2/6, it is really difficult to find other things to praise. .
