Reached Taipei on the day of the typhoon and the owner is very kind to allow me early checkin. Very good service with ********* friendliness….

The female service staff at reception (and restaurant - they were the same people trying to multi task) were unfriendly, with poor customer service.
No fruits nor choice of fresh milk or soy milk or juices for breakfast. Selection and portion was also small.
Remember to bring your own toiletries as none were provided. Not even the most basic hand soap for the wash basin area.

The price I paid for this Hotel HD Palace was more expensive than the one I stay earlier on in the same month in Taipei city very near to train station. The amenities are great n the location of that hotel is anytime much better than Hotel HD Palace

The seat of this restaurant is at the small door next to the Thai health center. For breakfast, there are toast jams from the buffet bar and meal packages. The kitchen will make a Western-style meal freshly. The service is very good.

There are blood stains on the sheets, the musty smell in the parking lot is unbeatable, 100 per day, the room is average, the cp value is not good, in fact, I will not consider coming back next time, the overall hygiene is not very good
No breakfast was given the next day either….
