Very bad experience. The housekeeping staff did not clean the room thoroughly and did not even notice the wallet next to the bed. I had to call the police before I could go back to the room to look for it in person. I wasted an entire hour dealing with it when I needed to catch a flight.

The location is good, 1 minute walk from Exit 3 of Xingtian Palace MRT, opposite the Quanlian Welfare Center, and nearby 7-11, FamilyMart, and Starbucks.
The room is super small, the wash basin is in the corridor at the entrance, and the carpet is stained. Check-out is required before 11 o'clock, and a surcharge of NT$400 per hour will be charged for check-out after 11 o'clock.

Right outside of Exit 3 of Orange Line Xingtian Station, the Check Inn accommodation is at a really convenient location and super close to the subway. The room and lobby were all very clean and there were no issues there. Nice front desk staff also.
The only issue I had was the laundry room was a bit disorganized with guests not following the laundry list and taking out their belongings in a timely manner. Perhaps clearer signage and directions would be better for more streamlined communal laundry experiences in the future. The noise insulation was also a bit thin, so I could hear my neighbors on the 11th floor coming into their room at 1:30am and having a conversation.
Besides those aspects, if you are a heavy sleeper and don't mind the bathroom sounds or neighbor noises, this place is really conveniently located and affordable, so I'd recommend it.
