I had a poor experience with this hotel, starting with unprofessional service at the front desk. The Wi-Fi connected, but there was no actual Internet access. There was no communication or warning when the tap water came out frighteningly dirty, and the hotel provided very old towels. The rooms lack soundproofing, so I was constantly disturbed by the sound of neighboring doors opening and closing, other room noises, and traffic from the nearby crossroad. Additionally, they charge for a late checkout after 11 a.m., even when occupancy was very low.

It is within walking distance from Taipei Main Station, and there is a small shopping street along the way which has a great atmosphere.

It was my second stay and it was a bit disappointing. Personal amenities were not provided as apparently it’s the hotel’s policy. The check out time was 11 which was very early compared to most hotels in Taipei. My flight into Taipei was delayed so I arrived at the hotel around midnight. When I asked to check out at 12, they told me to pay 200 TWD more. Need to think again whether I should use their service again.

The location is very convenient, you can reach Taipei Main Station within ten minutes. The room is on the small side and can be seen at a glance. There is no place to put clothes in the bathroom. But everything needed is there.
