clean, good service, good breakfast

The receptionists don't look friendly. Either they avoid eye contact or they just stare (and without a smile) when you enter the hotel or they don't even look up. The elderly lady at at the breakfast area was however, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast rather many choices. Rooms are clean and it is quite easy to get to the place. 7 eleven is just 1 street away.

Clean and well managed hotel. Great service. Our room is cleaned daily. They replenish the complimentary water, soap, and other toiletries. There's a pantry at 1st floor where you can refill water and get coffee, tea and snacks.

I booked a single room. It’s small but it’s okay for one night. Even if they provided breakfast, it’s not a reasonable price to stay.

Clean and nice hotel. Within 10mins to LRT station. Nearby got 7-11 and family mart and a lots of restaurants.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Staff was polite and courteous. Room was very neat and clean. Hotel is located on a quieter street but still walking distance to key attractions.

The transportation is very convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, the air conditioning in the hotel is very good and cool, the front desk lady's service is enthusiastic, and the experience is very good. I will stay in this hotel every time I come here.

The room is very clean and quiet in the alley. I like that there is a small round table and chairs in the room. I can buy a bunch of food and watch Netflix, which is a super plus. Everything is good. The breakfast is quite rich and has everything you need. Thank you very much for being upgraded. Maybe you heard my little complaint that I was exhausted when I made a mistake and went to another branch, so I was very considerate and helped me upgrade.

It was already past one o'clock in the morning when I arrived. The front desk service had taken my reservation record and carefully told me which floor my room was on. If I had any questions, I was patiently answered. Since I was not staying in this hotel the next day, I I asked if I could store my luggage, and they said yes. I asked what time was the latest I had to come back to pick up my luggage, and they said it was no problem. I could pick it up anytime. It was really good, because I couldn’t carry my luggage everywhere. I was leaving, so I thought their service was very considerate. When I picked up my luggage, they said it was getting cold and I wanted to sit down and have a cup of hot tea, so I will choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity.

The breakfast was very good both nights. The shuttle bus stop from Taoyuan Airport to Taipei Main Station is within walking distance.

It is close to Taipei Main Station and all hotel services are satisfactory. It was a bit chilly in the evening, but they added a heater, and there was an error in my reservation, so they did their best to change it.

All the staff members were very nice from beginning to end, and it was helpful to have someone who could speak Japanese. Check-in and check-out were all very smooth. Is the room the hair of a previous guest? There was only one bottle left, but other than that it was very clean and comfortable. It wasn't particularly spacious, but since I was sightseeing during the day and mostly just slept, it was enough for my needs. Although it is a little far from Taipei Station, Zhongshan Station, and Shandaoji Station, all of them are conveniently within walking distance! Recommended for sightseeing in Taipei.
