It's a 10-minute walk from Zhongshan Station. It's in an old building. The room seems to have been renovated and is clean. Although the room is not big, the room price on Friday is still affordable within 2,000 yuan (no breakfast)

There are food markets and convenience stores nearby, and it's about ten minutes' walk from the MRT station. It's acceptable for average travelers, but it's a bit far for the elderly and young or carrying bulky luggage. Shopping (Xinguang) and night market (Ningxia) can also be reached on foot in more than ten minutes.
The room size is in proportion to the price, but the bathroom is a bit cramped. Large people may feel like they are standing on top of the sky. I am only 175cm tall and have a slightly fat body, so I already feel this way. The room is quiet, there is not much outside noise, the air conditioning is sufficient, the WiFi and TV programs are satisfactory, the cleanliness is average, and the staff service is also satisfactory.
All in all, it is cost-effective. It would be easier to find it if there were more instructions in the underground main entrance passage!
