When I came to Taipei for a walk, I chose the Regent Hotel to stay. Although the hotel is relatively old, the services, facilities, breakfast, etc. are really good. It is also very close to the MRT station. I will stay here again next time.

I was informed that children cannot use the Taipan Lounge, so I changed my reservation to a balcony room, but I couldn't use the balcony lounge. They should have explained this to me in advance. Despite that, I was assigned a room close to the balcony lounge, so the children's footsteps and voices were very loud and I thought it was harassment. Even when I asked for ice, it didn't arrive for about 30 minutes, and the service was poor.
