I stayed for three days and two nights twice, and the experience was particularly deep. The reason is that the air-conditioning outlet in the room on the first night has a very small abnormal sound at night, which affects the sleep of my family. The crib may be old, so I will bark when I move it. I start to feel a little delusional and feel that it is not the same hotel. Later, I asked me about the city view ”Executive Package Room” booked on the official website. I just booked it by looking at the official website photos. The original room type photos on the official website are only for reference? Why should I divide the room type? The counter also kept saying that I should see the lower price ”classic room”, but I booked it from the official website instead of the reservation website. It turned out that there were photos and actual doubts. Later, if things could not be solved, I gave up communication. After returning to the room, I took the initiative to call and said that I wanted to change the room. Later, I changed from the city view to the mountain view... I thought I could sleep well the next day. The driveway of the mountain view was so noisy, because the first time I lived in the city view was very quiet... The crib was really not noisy, but the driveway outside was really noisy. This is an experience to spend money. This experience made me understand that Eslite Travel staff is not trained enough, there is a very good attitude, there are also very poor, the quality of the room type is also uneven..., the second stay in a five-star hotel, this time the whole family did not sleep well for two days, really sad and disappointed.

Cheap and high cp value! Even after staying for five consecutive days, towels were changed and bed sheets were laid out! The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is sufficient, but the sound insulation is a little lacking! But it does not affect the overall evaluation

One of the best things about this hostel is its location. It's conveniently located near an MRT station, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Additionally, the Raohe Night Market is within walking distance. The facilities are acceptable. Although the elevator was functional, it appeared worn out aesthetically. As for the rooms, they were clean and tidy. We tried the mini-double room, classic, and deluxe room. The staff were alright, although I didn't feel any warmth from them. The interaction felt purely transactional. The breakfast was decent, scoring a 3.5 out of 5. While it was nothing special, it was still acceptable.

The twin room for 2 people only has a shower room and no bathtub. The room looks tidy, but there is a lot of cotton wool, wooden edges, thick cotton wool on the lampshade, and the scented tea bag has expired. It is commendable that the service staff has a good attitude

The scenery is indeed very good, the price is reasonable, and it is very close to the MRT station. It takes 1 minute to reach the Raohe Night Market. However, because there is a two-way traffic lane below, it will be noisy to enjoy the scenery! But as long as you close the glass sliding door, it won't affect your sleep! There is also a small problem. There is a lot of dust in the room. If you are a detail-oriented guest, you will mind! But the relative cost-effectiveness is also very high!

The hotel itself pretty old. VERY HUMID!!! Smells like old water. Even tho they have dehumidifier, but still smells bad and u can see the water drops on the walls. March 20th was pretty cold, but the room after 6pm was 14C. Called on receptionist to help Me,they said they don’t have any heating system. If you plan to sleep and your windows facing the street- u won’t sleep. It’s some clubs and bars in the building so all night you will hear drama and woman yells and crying outside of the bars. Moreover very loud cars that wants to speed up and make that loud sound. Its fine for the money but I didn’t sleep well at all. Note it was Wednesday night and still loud people … Maybe they should clean the shower better because you can see the discoloration, didn’t want to take a shower there…
