I love the hotel! My stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The room and toilet was very clean, with daily housekeeping service, and the bed was very comfy. Check in and check out was quick. Room service breakfast was very scrumptious at a very responsible price. Certainly a 5-star experience. I will definitely be back the next time I’m ever in Taipei! Only downside is that it is located 10 mins walk away from Ximen station, it is, however, near Xiaonanmen station which is 5 minutes away. Not a dealbreaker for me though. You can always Uber from Ximen to the hotel at around 100NTD :)

It’s once of the best hotel in Taipei. Hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities are good. But distant between the hotel and the nearby subway station is quite far. But busstop are located nearby. Highly recommended

The grand experience is worth the money we paid. Highly recommended. The toilet seats are warmed, has bidet spray built-in and easy to use. The balconies are super spacious, like a size of the room. The view facing the city skyline is so pretty. You can see the Taipei 101. The hotel has its own road entrance, a little isolated but not to worry as its always easy to book an uber or cab.

Booked Regent Taipei last minute due to a change in plans. They allowed me to check in early and they even gave me lounge access. Breakfast spread was good as well. Although might need to wait because I came down during peak hour. Will definitely come back again to Regent.

Another awesome stay here. Rooms are comfortable, well maintained and of good size. The location of the hotel is just above major malls and restaurants, with Taipei 101 a walking distance away. The nearest metro station is also a 5 minute walk away. The hotel staff from front desk to housekeeping are all friendly, approachable and responsible. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I have always heard some urban legends... Maybe due to this, I feel that the atmosphere in the hotel is a bit depressing. Then I originally booked a regular room, but when I checked in, I was given a very large suite on the top floor. I was really confused at the time... It was very big anyway, I think it was at least 80 square meters, with a living room, dining room, bar, and office space... Fortunately, I was with friends. Check in together. But I had a great night's sleep, the bed was very comfortable. In addition, I have to mention the shampoo used by Grand Hyatt, Balmain, which is super easy to use, rich and smooth, and easy to use. The hotel has an excellent location. The overpass at the side entrance leads to 101, connecting the entire Xinyi business district. It is convenient to watch performances next to TICC. However, breakfast is not recommended. The restaurant is crowded and crowded and you have to queue up. And the breakfast worth NT$990 has too few varieties and the ingredients are cheap. There is only one kind of sausage, and there is not even tomato sauce beans, and then there are no boiled beans. Dried and boiled white bitter melon is really just boiled alone! There was not even a bit of minced meat, and I asked for egg rolls and more cheese. The young man heard it, but only gave me a little bit (less than others!), and he was not satisfied. Morning…

Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful . The hotel room were clean & spacious . The location is very convenient. Lots of transport to choose . I travel from kaoshiung to Nanggang . I don’t need to take transport to hotel as it’s only a few minutes walk . My first Stay at your hotel is very satisfying So I come to stay again with my family & friend. The Food at the Buffet Breakfast is also great. Their Chinese restaurant is the most I like . So so so good & yummy. So far it’s the best Chinese Cantonese food. I will come to stay again when I’m at Taipei

Convenient location in a busy area. The hotel is next to the underground train station so it makes transportation easier. Staffs were friendly and great services.

Booked 3-person room but wasn’t happy with the condition. Requested to check out immediately since no bed was allowed to be added, and were told that all the 4-person room was sold out. Taipei was our last stop so we wanted a good ending and we needed a room for three nights stay. Spoke to the FO manager who reluctantly but finally offered an one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and bright. We were happy and appreciative initially but their beds and couches were believed to be full of dust mite. We were suffering from severe insect bites, esp our 4 years old son (whom photos can be provided later). Quite a disappointment despite the hotel was newly refurbished and centrally located. The hot spring is only open for 16 years old and above so the hotel isn’t family oriented.

We chose this because it is located somewhere between ximending and xingyi district. It’s convenient to get a taxi. We have 12 paxs in this trip. When we reached on 1 Nov , it was pretty late, between 9pm - 10pm. All of us were very tired and kinda disoriented after a long day’s car ride. When we had alighted from our vehicles, immediately the bell boy told us not to block the hotel entrance. Our driver immediately told them we just reached and stood here for less than 5 minutes, how to check into the hotel without alighting the vehicles ? It was an unpleasant “welcome” experience. The hotel conceige staff also made mistakes when issuing our door cards. This hotel has its rules and regulations. If you want to have an easy going holiday experience, there are better ones.
