The rooms are modern and comfortable in design and have all the necessary amenities to ensure a relaxing night. The staff's service attitude is warm and professional, always helpful and makes people feel at home. Although there are not many breakfast choices, the quality is acceptable. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located near the Maokong Cable Car. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I stayed here for 10 days due to quarantine law in Taiwan. The only negative thing I could find was the old carpet, everything else was great in my opinion and experience. The front desk and meal preparation service were excellent. They were very polite and provided everything I asked for. The room I stayed in was about 390 square feet and very spacious. The view was very good, you can see the mountains, rivers, highways when you open the window. The windows can be opened enough to keep me safe. Three meals a day were prepared very well. Near the end of the stay, I changed from a mixed diet to a vegetarian diet. They provided 48 bottles of water; each bottle was 16 oz. The hot water was very hot. The air conditioning worked well. The light in the room was good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. If I have the opportunity, I will choose to stay here again.

The room is a quadruple room and is only for two people. There will be supplies afterward. But there was a note about the crib, but it was not given later. That means no notes are needed⋯ Overall it's okay The sound of the bathroom door rattling is a bit noisy The room is not big, but it is acceptable for simple overnight use. But the price is not good and there is no breakfast included. You can refer to motels for this price 😂😂

The location is good, there is a night market downstairs. It is very convenient to eat and there is also a McDonald's. It's just hard to find a parking space. The room is generally acceptable for us who just sleep for one night. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I will book again if I have the opportunity👍

It's about a 1-minute walk from the MRT station. Check-in on the 6th floor Live on the 7th floor You need to swipe your room card to go to the 7th floor. It feels very safe. I have a Mos burger for breakfast and it will be hanging at the door around 7:00.

The space design is very good! Clean and bright, bedding and daily necessities are of high quality, have a good night's sleep👍👍 The considerate B1 business center provides tea, snacks and instant noodles to satisfy the sudden hunger in the middle of the night...The breakfast is also rich and delicious. A highly recommended accommodation!

The hotel itself pretty old. VERY HUMID!!! Smells like old water. Even tho they have dehumidifier, but still smells bad and u can see the water drops on the walls. March 20th was pretty cold, but the room after 6pm was 14C. Called on receptionist to help Me,they said they don’t have any heating system. If you plan to sleep and your windows facing the street- u won’t sleep. It’s some clubs and bars in the building so all night you will hear drama and woman yells and crying outside of the bars. Moreover very loud cars that wants to speed up and make that loud sound. Its fine for the money but I didn’t sleep well at all. Note it was Wednesday night and still loud people … Maybe they should clean the shower better because you can see the discoloration, didn’t want to take a shower there…

Of course, the hotel quickly changed the room, but there is a problem with the way it handled it. The problem must be observed with the hotel official, and the room was not exchanged until the problem was resolved. One day, the air conditioner did not work due to a problem with the electrical wiring, so the temperature in the room rose, and a problem I discovered around 5 a.m. was only after the technician came to check the problem, replaced the parts, and was prescribed a possibility of reoccurrence. The newly assigned room had a problem with the toilet, which was also asked to check until the next person resolved the problem. The housekeeper should not throw the toilet paper away in the toilet, but in the trash can placed in the bathroom. It is a request that does not fit the hotel rating and I cannot find the phrase to do so anywhere. I am satisfied with the size of the hotel room, the restaurant, and various facilities, but the too old hotel facilities and various problems that appear due to not being properly upgraded for a long time are factors that pull the evaluation of this hotel down.

Cheap and high cp value! Even after staying for five consecutive days, towels were changed and bed sheets were laid out! The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is sufficient, but the sound insulation is a little lacking! But it does not affect the overall evaluation
